The upstairs is occupied by long term tenants.

We allow 2 pets (dogs) per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays:



Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.



To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.



No Parties or Gatherings

Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.

We had a great time staying in the rental. There are tons of places within walking distance. Communication with the rental manager was very good. One thing they didn't mention is that there is off street parking. Great area of the city to use as your starting point.

Nice Management and Location

The property is fairly spacious for a downstairs unit. When we experienced an issue with the automatic key system, management was really responsive and helped us sort that out. The location is also a really nice one, with lots to see and do nearby.

Weekend stay

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend to go to a concert at the Uptown theater. The place was wonderful, clean and in a great location! They provided delicious choices for nearby restaurants and we were able to walk to all the locations. It was a great stay! I highly recommend and would definitely book it again.

Victorian for the 2000s

Everything is beautifully updated! The front porch was an inviting place to sit n drink coffee from the cafe down the block. Nice parking in the back. The exterior doors were a little confusing but all n all a wonderful place to reconnect with family.

Great stay during Big 10 Tourney weekend

Very spacious, completely renovated 3br lower level unit in Uptown. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the lakes. Just a short drive to the Target center. Host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations!

Finicky Locks

It's a duplex, neighbors upstairs are pretty loud or the walls are very thin. Can hear a ton, also the doors into the space are finicky with the locks. Otherwise very clean space, spacious as well.

Good location in East Uptown but little pricey

good location and experience in uptown house clean and good bathroom amenities although shower handle is backwards - as cold is hot Wish house has better kitchen coffee maker and biggest problem was lousy blinds in the bedrooms so super bright every morning - investing in knock out blinds would Make huge difference

Bryant St S 3 BR apt

Overall, I was happy with the place. The location, the apartment itself ... everything with that was great. The only real issue was the smell. There was a strong and persistent odour, cat pee or some cat related smell, that was very present. It was immediately noticeable when we opened the front door. If it weren't for the smell, the rating would be 5 stars. The owner/manager of the property was accommodating when we notified them of the smell... we weren't sure if it was abnormal or maybe it was a known thing... the listing didn't say anything about it. We were told it was from upstairs. We opened windows, there was an air purifier we ran and we burned a scented candle whenever we were in the apartment. Aside from the smell, it was a very good place to spend a long weekend with friends and family.
