Swimming pool, no spa, it’s a kiddie pool. Bring the whole family up to 10 guests, to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
5 bedroom 3 bath very spacious with a huge back yard. There is a kiddie pool and also an inground pool 3-6 feet deep. 4 TVs (2 ate 70 inch)

The backyard has a 1/2 court basketball court and monkey bars. A large patio is also available for family fun in the shade.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible except for the garage and the storage room and 2 closet used for storing supplies.

Other things to note

There is only 1 cameras on property in entrance to the house ring door bell that works. The other cameras are just for show and do not work to deter unwelcome guests.

The balcony is not available to use. It is actually not a balcony at all. It is a roof. Please do not allow people up the stairs in the roof.

Great for family reunion

This is a spacious place, everyone can have their down time but has great common areas to gather. The pool looked great but too cold to enjoy on our stay. Owner was very responsive and any issue easily resolved. The neighborhood was good and close to all things.

Nice Getaway

The property was in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was what sealed the deal with us. It was very relaxing. Will come back to this property again. When its time to visit family again.

Visiting Family

The property overall was what i expected just needed some maintenance work done. Overgrown lawn, dirty swimming pool, bed room door hard to open, flooding of shower drain and some lighting did not work. Also had no access to garage and other areas in the house (locked doors).

1. The garage is not part of the rental as stated in the description 2. The pool man was sent the same day, neighbors tree drops leaves in our pool but pool man can do at a moments notice 3. It’s an Airbnb so there are locked closets with supplies but guests have plenty of walk in closets. 4. Yard was cut the day after guests left …it’s done every 2 weeks but they for th end of the 2 weeks We like to keep our guest’s happy all they have to do is tell us what’s wrong so we can fix it right away. I think this guest was a little upset as the Lu leaked oil all over the driveway and I asked them about it.

nice home for family gathering

Raquel’s home was perfect for a family gathering in honor of our mother’s funeral. It is spacious and the master on the first floor is very nice. It was nice to have two tables, one for puzzles and games and the other for dining. Pool area was nice with plenty of outdoor seating. Basketball court was fun even for a bunch of senior citizens. Raquel was quick to respond to my questions and a great host.

Thanksgiving stay

House was OK. Was listed with pool and spa but were behind a padlocked gate. Bathroom area in master lights and fan didn’t work. Also said there was a work out room but we didn’t see it. There were no directions about where it was or if there was a key for the hot tub access. Rooms were big with large TV’s which was nice.

The house did not list a spa or hot tub. We don’t have a spa and hot tub . The picture looks like a spa but it’s a kiddie pool. There is also no gym. That was my fault as I had not removed the gym from the listing after I took it down due to liability. If guest would have told me the light bulb was out, I could have replaced it right away. The code to the pool is in the listing itself. It shows in the amenities. It has to be locked for the safety of children and has to be opened with the code.

Maddie place that I recommend or will ever stay here

The house is beautiful, but master bedroom in the shower did not drain the water. Jacuzzi would not hold the water. Had to use the outside bathroom in the hallway very very low pressure in water. Lights were very dim. The first night we couldn’t even use the microwave. We didn’t know that there was a switch you had to turn on.

The lights have dimmers. All they had to do was turn the dimmer up. I had to call a plumber to clean the pipes to help the drain.

Cameras everywhere! Raquel watched everything

Wanted a place with a pool so we booked this house. The house was clean but the owners watches everything. Can’t have anyone over. There is a studio in the backyard that the daughter and her friends practice music. No big deal with me but they kept leaving the side gate open and my dog kept getting out. On the day of check out the cleaning lady showed up at 8am when the listing clearly said check out was at 11:00. The owner kept messaging me is I was out way before my checkout. And kept telling me check out was at 10:00am. I even showed her screen shots of ad and yet she still persisted it was at 10. House was nice and clean but the owner loves to watch and message you all the time. Did not feel relaxed and was constantly getting messaged of what I was doing. I’d rather pay more $$$ than stay here again. If you love being watched and getting messages then stay here. Plan on checking out earlier than ad says

Guests were in violation of house rules. Even after giving them a warning , they continued to violate the house rules. I have 1 camera in the front door for security purposes . Guests invited more people and more animals than were allowed.
