They stay at this house was great! Plenty of room for our entire group to be comfortable, and the master shower was awesome!Only problem was the fridge in the kitchen was not cold at all our entire stay, but the one in the garage worked perfectly! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tulsa!

20yr college reunion

Great place to stay! Unique layout and decor in different room, but plenty or room and accommodations for the whole group of 18. The hot water for showering was an inconvenience , otherwise I'd give this place 5 stars.

Tulsa Mansion

Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut off after a short time. There was an excercise room with 2 nice machines. They required userid/passwords to login and the owner never provided them. There were several broken hinges in the downstairs bath, and lights on ceiling fans in master BDR upstairs did not work. All in all, mostly minor issues... but with a luxury property (and price) such as this, I would have expected perfection.

Great place with lots of room

This location offered a lot of flexibility for my family and our friends. We were able to visit the local area, take part in a soccer tournament, and hang out for the weekend. It was a good fit for us.

Group of ladies for a 45th High School Reunion

The house was located very close to our reunion location, which made it a great choice for us and it had enough beds for everyone to have their own! It had plenty of seating for group chat sessions at the kitchen table and the living area. It worked well for what we needed!!

Big House

This house was perfect for our reunion. It held our families comfortably and we weren't on top of each other. It was wide and open and the kitchen was spacious which made it easy for multiple people to work in it. We rarely saw the children because there were so many fun things for the kids to do. It is easy to get to a store and The Gathering Place - a local park- was a blast. The beds were comfortable and we would totally book it again.

Plenty of space!

I read reviews that said the house could use some TLC, and I agree. Carpets need shampooed, baseboards need touched up, etc. But, for our group, it provided all the space we needed for an overnight retreat!

Venetian mansion has space but is well used.

A beautiful home that accommodated my family during a wedding weekend. Good location. It was nice to stay in a home big enough to accommodate multiple family members and it had all the essentials provided. Unfortunately it is getting used heavily and not being cleaned equivalently. The carpet has multiple spills and stains on carpet throughout house that have not been cleaned. Dozens of Scent packets throughout every room in home to cover the smell. Baseboards are covered in dust. Used Condom behind the master bed. The artwork is homemade and meant to fill space. Not “Venetian mansion” quality for sure.

Great family house--so much room!

Three generations, 12 people...house was great for everyone. Kitchen and eating areas convenient and spacious. Multiple televisions for different audiences. Comfortable furniture in living areas. Teens loved the game room.

Perfect for our family gathering

This was the perfect house for our very large family to gather to celebrate my parents' anniversary. We even hosted an open house, which turned out beautifully. Owner was very flexible and property manager was super responsive and helpful!

Great family spaces

It's definitely a large space - but well laid out and very clean! Plenty of room for people to gather or hang out. Roomy kitchen and dining area with plenty of cups, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Several different seating and activity areas - even an exercise room, which we loved - meant we all had spaces to go to for time together or quiet time alone. Definitely 5 stars for very comfortable chairs and couches! Lots of bedrooms and each having its own bathroom was great! A good sized yard and secure fencing for pets. There is a fountain and pond in the back (wasn't working while we were there) so that may be something to watch with little children. The outdoor plantings and pond could use a little TLC - some dead trees and bushes around the area and the pond seems a little overgrown. But there's so much room inside - that wasn't an issue for us. A great location with easy access to highways, stores and restaurants. Area felt secure and safe. Large parking area with shade and easy access to house for loading and unloading cars. Even a space to park a car inside the garage. And the owner was great to work with, checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were good, and was very responsive to questions. Overall - a great stay (even though the full size statue in the one bedroom did freak us out a bit ...) Definitely on our list for future visits.

Amazing property shadow by amazing host

this house was in the perfect location and Tulsa for everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and gave us tons of privacy in the house was super clean and came with everything we needed. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Family get together

First and foremost this house was wonderful for our needs. We live in Kansas and we were visiting our son in Tulsa. We had a large group with the youngest being 4 and oldest 65. The young ones loved playing hide and seek, running around outside, and playing in the rec room. The teens loved playing basketball, ping pong, shuffle board, and the use of the game room. It felt like the adults had command of the main floor without the children constantly underfoot. There were extra trundle beds in the office, gym and upstairs main suite. There is a Walmart VERY close to house. We were so close to the aquarium and gathering place. I loved the host and he responded and took care of our needs. NOTE: If you are going to cook at this property, take everything you need with you. There are tons of plates, silverware and cups. But this is a big house and boasts sleeping 24, but pots and pans are small. Prep bowls are small. No cooking sheets for oven. Minimal cooking utensils, no colander, no salt and pepper or other spices, no foil or saran wrap or ziploc baggies. No can opener. No rags or dish towels in kitchen. There is no cleaning liquids in the house. So we had to utilize Walmart alot. Kurig bar in post only has 6 pods available for weekend visit. There were 10 adults on our trip and all drank multiple cups of coffee per day. We brought our big 30 cup coffee pot with us. The facility was absolutely amazing and host was great, Kitchen cooking was difficult.

Beautiful mansion & property! Owner was quick to respond to questions/needs. Kids loved all the great hiding places, game room, ping-point table, basketball, etc. Conveniently located for groceries & other necessities. Fun hiking at Turkey Mountain about 10-15 min away. Only downside was it’s next to a well-traveled 2-lane road, which could be loud at times. But overall a great place to stay! We were glad to find a place large enough for all 20 of us, with plenty of beds to sleep in & lots of room to spread out.

Spacious

This house was beautiful and the location was convenient to shopping and groceries. Be aware you will need a few kitchen items like towels and dish cloths, foil and sedan wrap. Take your own soap if you are picky. The manager was very helpful and put up a Christmas tree and decorations when asked. He was willing to work with us anytime we called. Ask about the fire place.
