Private chef service can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee, so you can enjoy a chef-prepared meal in the home's kitchen without ever leaving the property.

Before you book, please note:
1. This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The number of guests listed at booking is the maximum permitted for your stay, with no exceptions. We take this seriously to protect the home, our neighbors, and the experience of every guest who stays here.
2. Exterior security cameras are in use, including one overlooking the pool area. The courtyard is fully private and has no cameras.
3. A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. If it is not signed within 24 hours of your booking, or prior to your arrival date, whichever comes first, your stay will be cancelled.
4. Pool and hot tub hours are 9am to 8pm daily. Pool heating is seasonal and arranged in advance, so please reach out if water temperature is an important consideration for your stay.
5. While children are warmly welcome, please note that the home is not childproofed.
6. This is not a party venue. We ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and to treat the home with care. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will cancel the reservation immediately if the permitted guest count is exceeded.
One more thing: this home includes a dedicated safe room for severe weather, because in Oklahoma, that peace of mind matters.
