Perched 20 steps above the water, the FLX Guest House boasts southern views and spectacular sunsets all year long. Whether you prefer to explore the region or cozy up at our lakefront cottage, relax at the perfect home base during your Finger Lakes visit in the thoughtfully renovated and decorated "hygge" inspired design.

Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, there are endless wineries, breweries and outdoor all season adventure options nearby!

To access waterfront, guests must be able to navigate 20 steps (see photos).

Guests have access to two kayaks.

A very pleasant stay

Although we had limited time to enjoy the cottage during our trip to visit family, while there we enjoyed the nice yard/views, the house was clean and well stocked, and communication was a breeze. Overall, a really nice stay for us and our two kids! Thank you!

Relaxing Vacation

Great spot!

Stayed there during the week of the PGA Championship in Rochester NY. We were looking for something further away from Rochester this time but less than a 45 minute commute. Staying on the lake was a bonus! Cottage is cozy and there are many recent upgrades.

Relaxing Lake Life

Having the opportunity to work remotely away from Chicago, we chose Canandaigua as a destination where we could bring our French Bulldog Olive and be close to nearby family. It ended up being a great decision. The quaint setting, easy access to the lake (where we took Olive swimming) and the amenities are perfect, including internet access that allowed us to work in the mornings so that we could relax and barbecue in the afternoons. It was great to have the opportunity to slow down without missing out! The host was attentive with communication and thoughtful about check ins.
