Welcome to 30A Latitude Adjustment in Prominence South. The community boasts 2 community pools and is near many beautiful state parks, with the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park less than a mile away. We are moments to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, & Rosemary Beach. We are just steps away from excellent food, entertainment, and activities for kids of all ages at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).

LA Beach House is a spacious single-family home with 5 bedrooms that sleep 12. There are 3.5 baths plus an outdoor shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need including an outdoor grill! Our outdoor amenities include a covered porch, deck, and a fenced-in yard. Our home includes a 6-seater golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cornhole boards & more.

Wonderful House!

The house was perfect for our family of nine. We had the best stay yet in Prominence this year and we have stayed in Prominence 4 years now. The kitchen was the best and the golf cart was great! My family loved everything about the house! Hope to come back next year!

Favorite Stay at the Prominence!

We have stayed at the Prominence for four years now with our kids. This was our first stay with Paul and Tricia and our favorite stay yet! Beautiful property! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed. Loved how close we were to The Big Chill, Frankie’s Bike shop and other shopping. Having the golf cart was so convenient. A lot of beach supplies provided, which is great when traveling from out of state. We will definitely be back!

Amazing House

The house was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. They provided everything you need when your on vacation from kitchen utensils to beach gear. The property itself is amazing. You literally step off porch and you have shopping, food, and entertainment right in your back yard. This is a perfect little spot on 30a.

The best way to start a summer

The property was even better looking in person. We loved it! The location next to the Big Chiller, formerly the Hub is a great spot to be, right in the middle of 30A. A quick ride to Seaside, Alys Beach or Rosemary. We highly recommend.

Amazing House! Amazing Location!

New, immaculate home. Had everything needed for a great week-long trip for a family with children. Didn't have to bring anything such as beach gear, beach towels, etc.. Tricia was great to deal with - very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
