Nicely updated home

Though there were some hiccups (keypad entry didn't work but key was available, sink faucet in kitchen needed a new battery pack so we just didnt use the sink but we're instructed on where to find one, there was a roach, owners closet was open so saw personal belongings), host immediately responded to all communications. We appreciated the fan in the master bedroom, quality of beds and linens, location, interior design, and simple check in and out. The neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe. One recommendation - have a printed home guide for things such as thermostat, battery packs, etc.

Bridal Party Hangout

I rented this house for my daughter and her bridal party for her wedding weekend in Georgetown. The house was the perfect space for the number of girls in the party. The house was clean and decorated so cutely. It was located close to downtown Georgetown, so it made travel to the rehearsal and wedding easy. 10/10 recommend!

Adorable small town cottage

This adorable and extremely clean cottage was perfect for our sisters get away! Devon was spot on and immediate in all communications and extremely reactive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of room for our 4 sister crew! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Devon!

Clean cozy bedrooms

Cozy but could use bigger couches for living room only 3 people could sit on loveseat & a chair at a time. If someone lays on loveseat on 2 people could be comfortable in living room area but everything was really great!

Our only suggestion

Probably my fault for not asking, but we thought the patio was covered by a solid roof rather than a porous sunscreen. We’d have enjoyed sitting outside while it was raining, which it did several times.

Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful house with a great layout for our family (5 adults total - 3 college-age children and us). Everything we needed inside and the outside deck was perfect for a small (8-10 people) graduation celebration. It is about 3-4 blocks from the western edge of Southwestern's campus and about 3-4 blocks east of the downtown square, so it is ideally located if you are willing to make a short walk either way. Perfect for us!

Nice location and cute house

We had a family wedding and reception at the Wishing Well which was very close to the house. It was a great set up for us with kids and younger grandkids. It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. If ever in the area again we would stay there!

Perfection!

This house was perfectly located within walking distance to many great restaurants and our friend’s wedding venue at Wish Well House. The house had everything we needed and was clean. It looks just like the pictures online. The backyard outdoor seating area was great for relaxing in the evenings. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and property manager.

The house was sweet and fully equipped.

We were there for my daughter’s wedding celebration, and really missed having closets in the bedrooms for our hanging clothes. Fortunately there was a hanging rack in one of the spare rooms and the couple who were supposed to stay in that room had to cancel due to illness, so we were able to utilize the rack. The other problem if the other couple came is there is not seating for six, only four in the living room? The only other situation that came up is my sister in law is 83 and had a difficult time getting up the front stairs without a railing. The best part was the house is very tastefully upgraded, loved the ceilings. Great deck. Thank you.
