Relax in a beautiful cottage that has
2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy listening to music or watching sports on your choice of 2 covered porches with ceiling fans, gas fire pits, and televisions. Wake up to Keurig Coffee with pods and condiments provided. Water Bottles/Breakfast Snacks provided. Washer/Dryer if needed with wash pods available. Walk less than 60 yards to San Gabriel Park, Walking/Bike trails, electric bike rentals, Palamino’s Restaurant, Recreation Center, and Community Center.
River bridge to cross over to Soccer, Baseball, and Softball Fields, and karoke or fish fry at the local VFW. Ride a bike or walk less than 1/2 mile to the famous G’town Square where you can attend the Christmas Stroll, 4th of July Parade, Red Poppy Festival, monthly market days, and weekends filled with local breweries, unique dining, and live music. NO Pets/NO Children.

The outdoor space is beautiful and a great addition. We loved hanging out and ate meals there, too. The cottage inside is very welcoming, too. The cottage is super close to walkable places to explore. We had ideal weather that allowed us to do daily walks.

This was my second stay here. It’s an absolutely lovely home. Linda is extremely sweet and goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Love the homey patio and the front porch. Only steps away from a beautiful park. Christmas tree and Christmas lighting, delightful! Also, just a few minutes from the Georgetown town square! Great shopping! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home with great hospitality. It was the perfect place to stay for Southwestern’s homecoming weekend. Only challenge was no closet space in master bedroom but Karen worked with us to figure it out. Outdoor gathering spaces are a bonus as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Warm, inviting and so comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch in the mornings, and the great screened in back yard area in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were all around very well appointed.

This is a wonderful VRBO property. It met all our expectations. The outdoor seating spaces were a real plus and so enjoyable. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would go back.

A Gem in the Heart of Georgetown!

Perfect location - close to huge park by river, and town square with lots of restaurants, wineries etc. We chose this property for the two stunning outdoor spaces and it did not disappoint! House was updated, comfortable and well stocked! Great Host too!

1st SU Home Game

We planned the trip to Georgetown but realized we had forgotten to book a place to stay. There was less family this time so we were able to pick a smaller place to accommodate us. A found treasure! Very cozy! Can't wait to stay here again and enjoy the outdoor patio furniture later when the weather cools down. Close to everything!

Good location, different vibes

Property was nice. Very clean, tidy. However, there is a Trump sign out front which makes things very uncomfortable and unsafe. Cameras and recording devices were not disclosed, but I disabled them quickly for privacy.
