Carrie and the crew were very quick to answer questions and provide assistance. The home really is cozy and impeccably clean. We took advantage of the location being near Olde Town Arvada and Carrie's excellent recommendations for coffee and restaurants. The beds are on the soft side. All appliances worked well and there are plenty of amenities. The WiFi connection provides fast speed for remote work. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location and comfortable.

Enjoyed being able to walk to old town Arvada. The rental is a duplex that met our needs for a two bedroom unit.

Lovely stay in Arvada

The house was walkable to a park and Old Town Arvada and a quick drive into Denver. A few things weren’t well-stocked (e.g., hand soap, dishwasher detergent) but the house had most of what we needed for a weekend. There is another lower unit that we didn’t realize was there until we got the check-in information but we had no issues. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider for another stay in CO!

Perfect for our stay! We loved the location the best. Memorial Park across the street was wonderful for walking. A few blocks from Olde Town Arvada delicious restaurants. Convenient groceries nearby. Many wonderful day trip opportunities. Very comfortable beds, kitchen, bath, laundry, and a responsive host. Loved our stay and recommend to couples or small friend groups with or without pets.

Cozy and perfect!

I rented this spot for my Mom, who was visiting for Spring Break. The home was perfect for her and my kids. My kids loved the bunk room and snacks that the owner left. The home is super close to Old Town in a quiet neighborhood. The tidying directions were easy! I would recommend this spot to anyone needing a centrally located place to stay in Denver Metro.

This home was in an excellent location for getting too old Arvada and parks. The kitchen sink disposal was broken and the sink took forever to drain, which left food in it. Made cooking difficult. We did love the house and enjoyed our stay.

Good location, lacks attention to detail

The location is good and the space is large. The property could be great but it unfortunately lacks attention to detail. It is surface clean but not really clean. Floors were dirty, especially baseboards and under sofa. Sofa is very worn and bits of leather/vinyl actually come off on your clothes. Very disappointing. When I communicated to the owner about the floors being dirty she replied that she does not have the capacity to check after each flip. We did have a maintenance issue and they responded promptly.

Nice place

Our family had a nice stay here for three nights. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town Arvada, and basically right across the street from a large park with disc golf and an amazing playground that my kids loved. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. Having laundry in the unit and two bathrooms was a huge plus.
