We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. Events are defined by multiple items such as extra guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc.

~Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, privacy & security, parking, free EV charger, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas).

Newly added free Electric Vehicle Charging Station in secured parking lot (Tesla's need adaptor).

RULES:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No amplified music. No screaming/ yelling.
No more people on property than agreed upon at time of booking.
Please do not disturb the neighbors.
OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 9pm to 8am. Including when booked for events. NO EXCEPTIONS, music must be turned off by 9:00 PM or taken indoors.
CLEANING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. This allows us to provide the same level of exceptional service to all guests.

Family Wedding Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four couples in town for a long weekend for a wedding. It was close to everything we needed and provided all of the comforts to truly relax. It is in a great neighborhood that allowed us to take walks each morning and enjoy the scenery. The communication from management and the owner were great. We stayed at this property after a few days in Disney before heading to a wedding. The location was great for our needs and the house provided a few days of rest that we all needed. The daily messages from the host about check out were a little much but I’m guessing there have been issues in the past.
