Rustic Retreat moderne

Moderne et hip maison sur une colline avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Santa Monica. Great place pour divertir, tant à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. On se sent comme vous êtes sur un havre de paix.
Un acre de terrain, branchements RV, les animaux de compagnie, Dwell style moderne, conviviale et familiale, grande cour fermée. BBQ avec belle terrasse avant tout mis en place pour manger en plein air.
3 chambres, 2 salle de bain maison dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Salle de bain principale dispose d'un jacuzzi à côté d'un spa comme une douche à vapeur de deux personnes. Douche extérieure avec une intimité totale. En retrait d'un cul de sac. 25 minutes de la plage de Malibu, à 45 minutes à LAX. Une heure et demie de Disneyland, à 45 minutes de Santa Barbara. 20 minutes à Camarillo Outlet Mall. Horse ranch avec des chevaux à louer à 5 minutes de la maison, beau parc d'État de randonnée et pistes cyclables à cinq minutes de la maison. Sentier au coin de la propriété qui s'ouvre à la randonnée.

Fabulous and serene property nestled in the hills. Quiet and safe yet close to many amenities. Was a perfect place to stay with my toddler, husband and mother in law for a local wedding. We will be back!

We had a wonderful week’s stay here. Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We loved opening up the giant doors to and spending time on the back patio where the owner has pretty gardens and the view is fantastic. Great access to scenic road cycling which is what we traveled here to do. Thank you Daniel for sharing your home with us.

We loved this house! The setting is so special with a beautiful view of the mountains and a nice sitting area outside with fire pit. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Was nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the Mountain View..House was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great get away! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed, from kitchenware to towels and linens, felt like a home away from home. My wife Hollie, two daughters Sydney and Maxine, Sandy (our yellow lab) horse name Ned and Goats and Sheep. We (only the humans) travel a lot between our houses in Portland Or. and Thousand Oaks, Ca. We are both entrepreneurs, Hollie a Communication consultant and I am architectural designer We homeschooled our children till there were 8 and 10 and considered it a privilege with to have them in our lives all the time. Both are out of the house (official "empty nesters!) As a family we love adventure and life. Snow skiing almost weekly during the winter between Mt. Hood, Or. and Snow Valley,Utah. Mountain biking in the Santa Monica mountains and Bend, Or. I am an avid marathon runner, trail runner, and hiker. We love food from all parts of the world and get to experience it often when we are in Portland visiting the famous food carts.

Though the neighborhood is an older subdivision of small homes and lots, our ONE ACRE property sits atop of a hill above a cul de sac with stunning views. There are no houses behind us that give total privacy for the outdoor shower. Every afternoon we get breezes from the coast that is only 8 miles away

Great entertaining space. The 12' wide bi-folding doors open up to the front patio with features a 12' long table for large gathers, fire pit, bbq. and hammock overlooking the Santa Monica mountains. Equipped with outdoors speakers that can be hook up your laptop or smartphone for music listening.
