Enjoy the 3 bedrooms, outdoor seating/dining area with shade sails; take a nice hot Jacuzzi while BBQing at night under the bistro lights; play a round of mini golf on the putting green, all just steps away from city central. Walk to dining, bar, entertainment, close to everything.
2 main bedrooms with memory foam Queen Beds and Smart TV and a bonus patio room with double bunk (double and single) with lots of games, Smart TV and dedicated work space. New everything including stackable W/D, HVAC and Smart TV's. Sit out on the cute front porch and be a kid again on the front yard tree swing.
