2 Story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 townhome available within walking distance of Streets of St. Charles. Enjoy this stylish and updated townhome centrally located near I70 and close to Streets of St. Charles and a short distance to Main Street St. Charles The main floor has a walkout to the backyard where you can enjoy the weather and has yard space for fun and play. Just across the street from this property, there are many top-tier restaurants, shopping, a comedy club, and a movie theatre.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Overall, the location was perfect. There’s so much around that area so convenience was top notch! The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond! I would definitely stay at this location again!!

Quiet Neighborhood, parking was good, unit was clean, beds were great, and washer and dryer worked great. There was a plumbing issue with the shower drain leaking into kitchen that seemed like should have been addressed previously but we had to report.

Spent the weekend. Jeffrey was very responsive and took time to check in to ensure we were doing okay and there wasn't anything we needed. Property was as listed and close to shopping and restaurants.

Overall good stay

Communication with the property manager was easy. They quickly fixed an issue. The inside of the unit is very nice. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when we pulled up, but things were fine for the week we were there. There are little things that could be done to make the visit better, like having hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes since there’s no dishwasher. We also never located the dumpster, even though the property manager sent multiple various descriptions of where it was. The location has easy access to a major highway and lots of dining options.

Great Value

We were happy with our stay. I knocked one star off for cleanliness only because it wasn't perfect (there were some hairs stuck to the bathroom wall and the shower surround when we were doing an initial walk-thru) and a couple of spiders (but, you know, Missouri). The proximity to both the Shoppes of St. Charles and the historic district was great; definitely got more bang for your buck being so close and being able to do some of our cooking to save on our girls-weekend getaway. NOTE: pay attention to the listing- I took for granted that there would be a dishwasher, but there isn't. The listing doesn't misrepresent this, I just didn't pay enough attention.

We were located in a nice community and very close to the "The Streets" entertainment area (2 min away), Old town St. Charles (6 min away) and 15 minutes from the airport. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. Check this place out!

Perfect location for quick getaway

We stayed at this VRBO while recovering from a surgery we traveled for. We got so lucky with the location - super close to everything we needed and within just a few minutes of anything we wanted. We happened to stay during some serious rain storms and saw awful flooding in so much of St Charles and surrounding areas but were so fortunate that this townhome was on a hill and we experienced none of the flooding ourselves. Our hearts go out to those suffering from the damage caused by the floods.

Very clean and cute. Had everything we needed. Very close to great shopping and good places to eat. The host checked in on us and we had one question during our stay. He was very quick to respond.

Location doesn't look the best

Inside of the place looks just like the pictures and very clean. However the area looks a little sketchy you pull into an apartment complex that doesn't look the cleanest but in all not a bad stay.

Great and very clean place to stay!

The home felt like I was at my own house. Very clean and nice from the inside. Jeffrey was just a message away if we ever needed anything and would respond quick. There’s lots of things to do near by that are in walking distance. I would not hesitate to book his property again. You will not regret staying here at all!
