30 minutes from Talkeetna and Denali parks half way point from Anchorage âïžKing Fisher cabin on Little Bear Homestead with Caswell creek running through .
Located 90 miles N of Anchorage. Experiencing nature is healthy and happyđ!Northern lights, camp fires an Fishing an more! Now providing Xc skis and boots /Bikes/kayaks .
One mile up the road is Caswell lake for swimming, fishing,kayaking.Here is my second cabin if king fisher is booked! Little Bear Cabin on creek âïžđ
The space
King Fisher is a private cabin with its own drive way. Located on Little Bear Homestead! Experience Homestead life in the comfort of your own cabin. For a dry cabin youâll have all the water needed with a sink and bright battery lights giving a true off grid experience !âïž While having all the comforts needed in a kitchen .It has trails to access a shared area with our2nd the littlebear cabin . This includes the bridge and trails . I will be around for tours , questions or any needs. However back at Kingfisher Cabin it is very private âïž
Guest access
The trails and bridge are open to guests.. The garden is as well Iâll be out working around just ask about a viewing and I would love to show you around the homestead!
Other things to note
This is a off grid homestead there is a out door toilet, no power in cabins and no faucet to get water. All the drinkable fresh water from the well here you need is provided in a 5 gallon jug with convenient hand pump.
In the fall and winter months head lamps are recommended for better light. However there is very nice battery lights in cabin.

I have worked in the mountains and with the Alaska plants and people throughout the state, my heart, my soul and life is here in this amazing State.
