This beautiful A-frame cabin is surrounded by birch trees and overlooking a beautiful summer garden. It's a perfect retreat for travelers looking for a restful stay on their way to/from Denali National Park. The cabin is located less two miles from the Parks Highway and 1/4 mile from Talkeetna's paved bike path that can be enjoyed year round. The cabin is also within walking distance to the states 2nd largest brewery....Denali Brewing Company! Guests can enjoy a private entrance/deck to access a cozy modern cabin that is equipped with all the amenities of home: a full kitchen with stainless steel countertops, full bath, washer/dryer, fire pit, propane grill and more! Enjoy the tranquility of the birch trees and wild roses while having easy access to everything Talkeetna has to offer!

Amazing Stay in Talkeetna! I spent a wonderful week at this vacation rental in Talkeetna and couldn’t be more pleased. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The surroundings were peaceful and truly captured the charm of Alaska. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the little touches—like the well-equipped kitchen and cozy atmosphere—that made it feel like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and comfortable place to stay in Talkeetna, I highly recommend this rental. I would love to come back again someday!

The upstairs accommodations were clean, adequate for a couple. The bathroom was a tad small and awkward but that did not affect the stay. I would stay there again

The property was peaceful, picturesque, clean, and beautiful. The host's communication was great, and everything was clean. There are several dining options about ten minutes from the property. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay, look no further! We were sad to leave this wonderful property!

This house was so cute and fun! It has a huge deck which was great for viewing the night sky! Holly helped us with changes to our tour bookings to take advantage of the sunny days while we were there and she gave us pre advice for planning our days in Talkeetna and the rest of the trip as well. She was the best!

Cozy place to stay

Was extremely satisfied with this cozy stay just about 12 minutes from talkeetna. The place was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was small but my husband was still able to use it at 6’5”. If you need a place to stay this is it!!

Bliss among the birch trees

Perfect stop on the way to Denali Nat park. 14 miles from Talkeetna. Met son there, we made dinner, played games. Beautiful deck looking out into the trees. Perfect for dog as it had a gate at top of stairs. Owner super friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything. Took an extra day for myself to relax, write, read. Wonderful!!

My first visit to Alaska was in 2005. I instantly fell in love and returned many times to explore the mountains, rivers and trails. My heart always brought me back to Talkeetna; a quirky little community that just always felt like home. In 2020 I had the opportunity to make some life changes and decided it was time follow my heart and find a new “home”. So this Texas gal packed up and headed north. It has been an amazing adventure so far and I’m excited to continue on the journey of discovery as I share with the world my love for Alaska!

You’ll find peace and quiet here while still being close to everything Talkeetna is famous for. Perfect for travelers exploring Alaska by road or for those who may want an escape from town for a while. We are easily accessible from the Parks Hwy if you're looking for a place to rest and relax on your way north to Denali National Park! It's also a perfect winter retreat with well maintained roads throughout the winter and easy access to the cross country ski trails our area is famous for!

We are conveniently located just 2 miles from the Parks Highway and only about 5 blocks from the 2nd largest brewery in Alaska. But you would never know it as we are nestled quietly within the birch trees, surrounded by nature!
