Relax in Paradise, Waikoloa Beach Villas P1

Stunning end-unit townhouse in tropical Hawaii. Come relax and unwind in Paradise. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story townhouse is 1860 sq. ft, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a trundle bed in the sitting area upstairs which could sleep another person or 2. P1 is a very quiet and private condo at the end of the drive. We have lots of toys in the garage, bikes, golf clubs, boogies boards, snorkels, etc. Go to the beach or hang out by one of the two pools on property. Beaches are 5 minutes away by car. If you don't want to get in the car, you can walk to Waikoloa Queens shops in minutes where you will find restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and a theater.

On the lanai there is a built-in BBQ, a dining table and a sitting area. The views are of lovely green gold courses.

There is free WIFI available. There are 4 TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
There is a private lanai off the master bedroom with views of the golf course greens, ocean and sunset.

The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a Cal King Bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed with a full bathroom adjacent.

The kitchen is in the center of the family area and is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. Everyone can help or hang out as there is lots of counter space. You will find top of the line appliances and a wine fridge.

There are two dining areas, each seating 6, one is on the lanai and one is off the kitchen.

There is a fitness area onsite if you prefer to work out in a gym.

Please note that the Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is NON SMOKING. This includes ALL common areas as well as the townhouse and surrounding lanai's.

Our Host was very helpful. She answered all my questions immediately. The Condo location was perfect. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants right across the street. The pool was a short/short walk away. The amenities were perfect. I spent a lot of time lounging on the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Oasis on the Big Island

The property is in a beautiful gated community with spectacular landscaping backing a golf course, lovely pool area and close proximity to Queen and King shopping centres we sure enjoyed everything wonderful place! The communication and check in process was perfect we would love to return someday

Week in Paradise

Well appointed home with everything we needed. Perfect location near amenities and shops. Appreciated the extras like towels and chairs for the beach. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Management was easy to get a hold of and available.

Spacious townhome at a beautiful location

What else can I say? It's a little heaven on earth. Our family really enjoyed the time we stayed at this townhome. Our best moment was a visit of a super friendly feral cat when we were seating in the patio area enjoying the afternoon wind.

Great location, perfect for groups

We enjoyed staying here both for the location and the amenities of the townhouse and complex. There were a few items that needed attention/fixing in the place but nothing so major as to derail our stay. Communication from the host was slow or kind of short, but all in all would stay here again.

Awesome Rental Property

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has new owners and management and everything was wonderful again. The property manager, Olivia, is very attentive and the home is well appointed with amenities. We love the proximity to the shops and movie theater. We absolutely love it here!

Gorgeous condo . . . Perfect Location!

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in.. Everything in it was high quality, including all the beach equipment, bikes, golf clubs and so much more. It is a wonderful location, very well built and quiet, overlooking the beautiful golf course and just a short walk to shopping or the beach. Also, a beautiful area for walking, running, or biking. It is close to some of the best beaches and golf courses around. We would certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity!

First class condo!

We so enjoyed staying at this well equipped condo. The setting is lovely, close to the beach, shopping and other areas. The condo is updated and clean with lots of beach toys, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and other items to choose from. They have golf clubs available as well as bikes. The condo is very comfortable with everything a vacationer could want!

Home Sweet Home Away

I can’t say enough about this amazing property & our 3 week stay in this beautiful townhouse. The home is incredibly welcoming, clean & super well stocked. There’s not a thing I would change or ask for. The beds & furniture is really comfortable and I enjoyed my coffee every morning on both patios watching the golfers go by! Great location! This property won’t disappoint! Our entire group loved their stay here!

Terrific accomodation

This was a great place to stay. The appliances all appear new and are in great working order. The unit included everything you would need (extra toilet paper etc., I have stayed in units where they give you one roll!!), the garage is stocked with beach chairs and toys. It's beautifully situated on the Waikoloa Beach Golf course 3rd hole. It's walking distance to two shopping centers and close to nearby resorts. I highly recommend this place for your vacation.
