Welcome to our beautiful property in Rosedale, Kansas City! This is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home that is located 10 minutes from downtown, Westport, and the Plaza.
The space
Our spacious and cozy two-story features a King Size bed, a Queen Size bed, Two Twin beds, a Queen air mattress, and a pack-n-play for the little ones - accommodating up to 8 people.

This home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Kansas City weather! Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the spacious yard -complete with a charcoal grill and a fire pit. Roast marshmallows and share stories around the fire, or cook up a delicious BBQ feast with friends and family.

Our modern amenities include Smart TVs in the living room and downstairs bedroom, in-home laundry, dedicated high-speed WiFi, and individual heating/cooling units in the upstairs bedrooms. Additionally, we offer both garage and off-street parking.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Every effort was made to make us comfortable, from coffee and snacks to dog treats! Loved the convenient location, as we could get most places in 10 minutes. Nearby park offered views of deer and even a fox. We would definitely stay here again!

Felt at home. Privacy was respected, yet we knew we were just a call away if we needed anything. House has everything we needed and then some (baby supplies). Decor was nice but not over the top. We will definitely look at staying here again next time!!

Close to KUMC

We stayed at this lovely VRBO so we could be close to KUMC during my husband’s surgery. It was the perfect size for me and all our adult children. We felt at home and safe. Our host Jess was attentive and kept us informed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious, clean home

The property was convenient to the downtown area, the house had everything that we needed to eat some meals there. The open floor plan was nice when having a meal with family. The backyard was great for the dogs.

Very spacious and comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms are a little small but both have showers and a tub in the downstairs. Home is cozy and decorated nicely. Convenient area to stay to all we wanted to do. We walked the neighborhood area in the mornings. There was a severe storm one morning with some damage to the property and loss of power. Jess was great in responding, keeping in touch to make sure our stay was comfortable, and getting the property cleaned up quickly.

The house smelled like weed when we checked in. The smell lingered basically our entire stay. But other than that - the house was perfect for what we needed!!

Good for pets

Good access to back yard for getting our dog in and out. Low traffic streets for dog walking. Good covers for protecting furniture from pet hair. Owner understands and accommodates pet lovers! Comfortable for us and our furry friends. We loved it!

Cute house, great location

The location of this property is in the heart of the city and allowed us to travel where we wanted to go within 20 minutes of almost everything in Kansas City. We enjoyed some local BBQ and quiet time at the house. If the weather was warmer, we would have loved to hang out in the backyard. Everything was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Jess was responsive when we had questions.
