Casa Catalia offers the most beautiful views in all of Valle de Guadalupe. The home was built trying to highlight the natural beauty that surrounds it. The goal was to always have a beautiful view in any room within the home. It is a large 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with very high ceilings giving the home a very spacious feel. This home is brand new and was built from the ground up with no expenses spared. The home has everything you need to relax and enjoy all Valle has to offer. The home is located in very close proximity to Valle de Guadalupes best vineyard and restaurants. The homes sits on approximately 2.5 acres and is very private. The out door area is large and perfect for taking in the amazing views of Valle de Guadalupe. You wont regret staying in our home.

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely delighted with our recent stay. Beautiful and impressive property with stunning views. Location was ideal. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit. Best Vacation House Ever

Incredible experience- the couple who assist on the property are very nice and extremely helpful. The house is immaculate and cozy. The dogs on the property are the icing on top. They are very friendly and obey commands (in Spanish). We were protected while these ladies were on duty! They loved to be loved and were great with our kids. Overall this was a great first experience in El Valle and wilk come back to this magnificent spot!

Girls just want to have fun

My friends and i rented this property for a girls get away. Love the place hard to get there though and road a bit bad. we noticed cameras in living room and my friends first time being in Mexico and being all girls were not comfortable. We just cover them. if you are afraid of spiders not the place for you.

The home was situated at the foothill of the hills with no neighbors to the back of the home and an beautiful view of the town below to the front of the home. The property was modern and very well designed and built. The inside of the home was clean and very inviting. The rooms were spacious and enough the house a party of 10. 3 of the 4 rooms had built in AC which was great to keep the rooms cool during the summer heat. The one room without the AC had a swamp cooler which did an ok job keeping the room cool. We stayed at the house at the end of August, temps were 98-103 degrees farenheit so it was HOT! There were two downsides to the home which affected our stay the first was that there are no AC units in the dining/living room area so that whole area got very hot to the point that it was not an enjoyable area to be in and we were not able to make use of it. The second was that the home runs off of solar power and back up batteries. On two nights, the batteries stopped working in the middle of the night causing all electricity to the house to be lost therefore AC units stopped working and there was no electricity to the entire house.

Hi Jorge, Thanks for you feedback and yes your right we do not have central AC in the living area but it has been our experience that if you open up all the doors there is a very pleasant breeze that come through the home. We are fully eco friendly and only consume solar energy and in your case there was an issue we were unaware of with one bank of batteries and that has been completely addressed. The main thing you did not mention is we have a generator that will power the home in these unique situations and after speaking with the caretaker at the property he assured me he got the generator running for you and the home was powered back up with in minutes. In any case thank you for staying in our home :)
