Une retraite comme celle-ci est pratiquement inconnue. 6 acres d'intimitĂ© en bord de mer dans la ville situĂ©e dans Sky Country, une enclave exclusive au sommet d'une montagne Ă  une courte distance de la place historique de Dahlonega. À partir du moment oĂč vous entrez dans notre porte et serpentez sur le long chemin privĂ©, vous savez que c'est bien «Bearadise». (DĂ©solĂ© 4 le jeu de mots).
SituĂ© sur et entourĂ© par le magnifique ruisseau Yahoola, ce joyau Ă  flanc de montagne est Ă  couper le souffle. Avec des ponts en cascade au bord de la riviĂšre, vos choix extĂ©rieurs pour profiter de la beautĂ© des environs de notre maison semblent illimitĂ©s. Il y a des porches intĂ©rieurs et extĂ©rieurs, de belles chambres, des grillades, une salle de loisirs avec une table de billard et un spectaculaire bar du vieux monde. The host, Ken, was so nice, was accommodating and never was bothered that I needed to contact him. The cabin is in a beautiful location, it was very relaxing. True to the description, it is “in the woods” but also very close to Dahlonega.If you’re looking for a rustic, quiet and relaxing place to stay, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location, comfy home, well appointed except for the lack of coffee (2 pods for 4 people for 2 mornings) which we thought would be available. Not a problem - just bring your own. Host was more than accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views right beside the river--- well maintained house with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect balance of seclusion and yet just 5 minutes from downtown Dahlonega.

Pet friendly Cozy secluded chalet less than 2 miles from the heart of Dahlonega. If you want to be surrounded by nature but close proximity to town this well stocked cabin is just the ticket! The owner was super friendly and helpful. Our dogs had a blast exploring the Yahoola River right out of the back door. Plenty of decks to spread out on and enjoy the sounds of the river. You get an authentic feeling of what life would have been like during the gold rush of Ga. We had plenty of space for the kids, dogs, and family. If your goal is to WOOSAH then Bearadise Chalet checks all of the boxes!!!

Beautiful property, feels secluded while still close to town

This rental was on a beautiful stream-side property that felt secluded and isolated while still being close to town. We loved having so many hiking opportunities nearby, we were able to visit several waterfalls within a short drive and still have time for lunch at nearby Wolf Mountain Vineyards. The property had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family, and communication with the property manager was seamless.

Perfect Family Getaway

This quaint cabin was the perfect get away for our family group of 9. Pet friendly, clean and great location. Close downtown Dahlonega as well as great hiking.

Great cabin for family time

This cabin is located in the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful creek. Basement has a pool table and bar that is great for hanging out with family. There’s also a TV so you can put on old movies like jaws or Ferris Bueller‘s Day off. The main floor has a great vaulted room with two bedrooms and the kitchen. They’re were plenty of utensils, sauces, spices, etc. Ken was even nice not to leave us a couple coronas in the fridge in the basement. Everything was super easy checking in and out and Ken was very responsive and helpful with information about the cabin and the local area in Dahlonega. Just 2 miles away. There’s a nice 3 mile trail around the lake to get out in the wilderness and get a little exercise very close by. It’s also just a couple more miles into town. We visit in Shenanigans and nine below and we’re very happy with them. When white town for two hours we went to the barbecue place and it was great and Very quick service

Comfortable stay with friends! In the woods next to the river but only 10 mins from Dahlonega Square. Property Manager was very thoughtful and gave great details.

Central Location to lots of activities

A family of six plus two in-laws enjoyed the long weekend. The listing and previous reviews were accurate, “in-town but secluded.” 10-15mins from local attractions. Great home base for us hunting for waterfalls. Kids were able to play in the creek located on the property Use Apple Maps, as Google Maps will lead you to the wrong location. Otherwise great experience extremely engaged and responsive host.

It was a wonderful place! Awesome location. Wonderful communication with the owner. The only thing that needs to be To much in cabinets no room for your groceries to go. Dresser was full and so are the closests. They need to put shelves in closest to put sheets and towels Enjoyed the Holiday decorations! It was great done is the clutter

The chalet was very comfortable and loved the location (completely secluded but close to town).

This chalet was perfect for our family! The layout is spacious and comfortable. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and even left us gifts under the tree! Very nice and much appreciated!! We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Spacious and Well Stocked!

I use VRBO quite frequently and I have had good experiences; this experience however, was a 10! Ken is an amazing communicator who cares about his renters. I was so impressed with his communication before, during and after the rental and I really appreciated it. The cabin’s multiple bedrooms are spacious, the downstairs bar area was very nice, and the pool table is level. The cabin has 3 bathrooms which is important and the wi-fi was strong. We had 10 adults and we were comfortable, the cabin was well stocked, it is pet friendly, and Ken was very personable and responsive. If we have the opportunity, I will rent it again.

Lovely house - but that property

The house was great - clean, comfortable, well equipped. The view is lovely. BUT - if you are looking for easy river access (we had 2 kids looking forward to it), this is not it. The river is down a very steep path - we didn’t try taking the kids. The outdoor furniture needs some love, but we lived on the deck.

Awesome Time at Bearadise

The cabin offered much more than we were expectacting. There were multiple levels to enjoy outside the cabin. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the lazy river, but plan on returning to the cabin in the near future.

What a great property! It was spacious and well appointed and, weirdly, both in town AND in the middle of nowhere. It's all by itself in the forest with a stream that flows right by, and also only a few minutes from town. The house has everything you might need and is welcoming. As is the owner. Ken was very welcoming by phone and communicative by phone. We really appreciated him being so available and it felt like he was very invested in us having a nice time at the property, His "care factor" was high. AMAZING property!
