Designed by a Psychologist specializing in holistic wellness and her talented daughter, a professional interior designer, this property is a haven of tranquility and rejuvenation. Our spacious-yet-cozy home is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a peaceful getaway in the North Georgia Mountains.

As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the calming ambiance that has been carefully curated to promote relaxation and well-being. The open-plan living area with its dramatic wood-burning fireplace invites you to unwind and connect with loved ones, featuring plush seating, warm natural tones, and an abundance of natural light that streams through large windows. With its comfortable large West Elm sectional sofa , fireplace and 65-inch Smart TV, it’s the perfect backdrop for creating special family memories.

The heart of the home is the chef's kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and multiple coffee makers for every preference. With a large island and ample counter space, it offers the perfect setting for preparing gourmet meals or indulging in a casual breakfast before heading out to explore the wonders of Dahlonega. The dining area has a table that comfortable seats 10 and is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or playing board games. There is also a separate fully-stocked laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style and has five professionally-curated bedrooms on 3 levels ensuring restful sleep… each with plush linens, and plenty of closet space. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Welcome to our beautiful neighborhood in Dahlonega, Georgia, where you will be surrounded by gorgeous scenery and rolling hills. Our neighborhood is perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the North Georgia Mountains.

Our neighborhood is just a short drive from downtown Dahlonega, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and wineries. You can also visit the historic gold mines and learn about the rich history of the area.

Montaluce Winery and White Oaks Cottage are located approximately 10 minutes away, with many other local wineries located just a few minutes farther. We are also close to Big Creek Distillery, a bespoke bourbon distillery formerly owned by musician, Zac Brown (who was raised in Dahlonega).

As you walk and drive through our neighborhood, you will be greeted by stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery,. The roads are lined with trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that will help you relax and unwind.

Our neighborhood is a great place to explore and enjoy the outdoors. You can take a walk or hike through the rolling hills and forests, or go fishing in one of the nearby lakes or streams.
