Notre copropriĂ©tĂ© spacieuse et confortable Timberline donne sur le lac Dillon et a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement re-dĂ©corĂ© en AoĂ»t, 2006 - un nouveau tapis, nouvelle peinture, de nouveaux rideaux, le wapiti chandalier, nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision et lecteur de DVD et des meubles. En 2014, nous avons ajoutĂ© des comptoirs en granit dans les salles de bain et un nouvel Ă©clairage. Aussi, nous avons installĂ© une cheminĂ©e sur le foyer. L'Ɠuvre d'art est de premiĂšre classe de notre ciollection personnelle. Nous aimons le look «lodge» et avons dĂ©corĂ© avec des objets de nos collections personnelles. Profitez de votre cafĂ© ou chocolat chaud de la balançoire de journal sur notre grande terrasse ou dĂźner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur en Ă©tĂ©. Rez de chaussĂ©e, unitĂ© de coin, face au sud-ouest.

Beautiful view of Lake

Clean and comfortable. Great location with stunning view of lake and mountains. Easy drive to ski areas, restaurants and grocery. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful view and great stay! The ceilings are very thin and you can hear your neighbors above, but it didn’t bother us too much. Host is very responsive and accommodating!

Great Stay in Silverthorne

My dad and I came out for a ski trip in the middle of February. The place was great! Clean, spacious, and had a fully stocked kitchen. I will certainly return on my next ski trip to Summit County.

Great Place in Dillon near several ski mountains

Excellent view and very accessible to ski, grocery shops, necessities in Dillon; 20 minutes to ABasin, Copper, Keystone; hour to Winter Park. Daril was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent apartment near lake Dillon

That was the best priced rental for the space and amenities offered. It was spacious and with a great view to the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's truly like home away from home. The apartment was kept clean even though it needs renovation since the last one was 20 years ago.

Ski trip with collage age kids

It was a great place. the kitchen is well stocked. The view is awesome. And the owner was very helpful with suggestions of local restaurants. Had a great time. The only bummer was the upstairs neighbor had to vacuum his floors at 7 AM on Saturday morning. Not a super big deal as we were getting up around then to go snowboarding. But really??

Family Ski Trip

GREAT location right off I-70, easy access to Keystone and Breck. Lake Dillon views out back are amazing, nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to anything you could possibly need, plenty of local eateries and pubs to haunt as well. Full kitchen was nice and had all the gadgets to cook full family meals.Full size laundry machines were also VERY nice to have available to wash ski stuff each night. The only ding I would give it was there were a few small inconveniences like dead batteries in the ceiling fan remotes, one of the bdrm TV remotes only changed the channel ( had to manually adjust volume and turn on/off), and both bathroom showers had ratchety doors that wouldn't shut properly without some wrestling/finagling.Overall, 100% would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit itself was very clean and as described. The kitchen was phenomenal, and was probably the best stocked kitchen we have had at a VRBO. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The patio was wonderful, and in good weather overlooking the lake would be a great spot. The owner is very responsive, and is very very old school as far as communication and check in procedure. He prefers to talk on the phone, as opposed to email or using the VRBO application. It wasn't a problem for us, but I do think it would be beneficial to get a check in email with all the information. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, great place.

Great location and fit for our family of four

My husband and I traveled with our HS sophomore and senior for a ski trip over the holidays. The location was great—beautiful view of the lake, great access to a grocery store, convenient parking, and anywhere 15 minutes to an hour to the four resorts we went to in our five days. The property was perfect for us. My husband and I slept in the king room, our daughter in the queen, and our son on the pull-out (his choice versus sharing with his sister 😂😂). Lots of space to relax each evening. The fridge, dishwasher and stove/oven look brand new. The kitchen had lots of pots and stuff, and there was a solid assortment of spices, etc., if we had wanted them. The main bathroom towels were awesome. Super soft. The internet was a tad slow, but ultimately that was the only drawback. Definitely a great experience overall. We would stay here again.

The view alone was AMAZING, location superb, beautifully furnished/equipped, could not be happier

We know Summit County really well for over 40 yrs and this was BAR FAR the best view we EVER had!!! Wake up in the morning with your own private view of Lake Dillon and Keystone off in the distance. CLEAN, furniture was great and fun, kitchen SUPER stocked with dishes, blender, toaster, and even coffee and sugar kinds of stuff. Great coffe maker even (dual unit - drip and k-cup and the k-cup maker actually makes strong coffee unlike a kuerig). WE WILL RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Condo and Perfect View

This condo is clean, comfortable, convenient, and gorgeous. The decor includes furniture that is all solid wood, very Colorado/western, that is really attractive. The couches and recliner appear new and are extremely comfortable. The condo has everything you could possibly need - well-supplied is an understatement. The larger bathroom is amazing with huge fluffy bath towels and quality everything. The smaller bathroom is a nice size and top notch. The porch is large, comfortable, and has the most amazing view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure.

Amazing property, Beautiful views!!

This condo was PERFECT!! Great location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Just minutes from Copper and Arapahoe ski resorts. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen for staying in and cooking. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fireplace. The outdoor area is great for drinking your morning coffee. If your there for Easter Sunday you can enjoy Easter mass at the amphitheater, just a short walk on the lake. It is just 5 minutes to the grocery store and shops. We will definitely be staying again!!
