Colorado has experienced unusually high temperatures this summer, and we provide fans in each bedroom to help guests stay comfortable during warmer conditions. We’re sorry to hear the home still felt too warm during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness and condition of the property. We’ve recently become aware of some inconsistencies with cleaning and are actively working to address them. Many updates have also been made throughout the home in recent years, including a new washer and dryer and a new mattress in the primary bedroom. The pool and hot tub are part of the original Lake Dillon condominium complex, though several improvements were completed last winter, including updates to the pool pumps, heater, and tile work. We’re sorry the property did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide a comfortable experience for our guests.

So glad you had another great stay! We are very bummed about having to remove the grill. The building insurance company made everyone get rid of our gas grills.

Thank you for your five star review!! We definitely struggle with the TVs because guests push buttons, plug and unplug cords - many times not knowing what they are doing. I have sent my eye on the ground handyman to go look at all the settings again.

I wanted to let you know that the check in /check out times are set so the cleaning crews have plenty of time to get the unit ready for the next guests. We are usually booked back to back so the full clean time is really needed. If requested, I try my best to communicate with my guests if they can check in early.
