Welcome to the Golf course house, located on the world-famous Jack Nicklaus golf course in the premier Reunion gated community. This spacious 4312 sq ft, 3-story house is just 6 miles from Disney World.

BEDROOMS:
The Main House
1st floor: a queen-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is the primary (king-sized bed) and two rooms with bunk beds.

3rd floor: main primary adjacent to the living area. This is a spacious VIP suit with breathtaking views and luxurious furniture. The main house also features a mini home theater that can seat up to 12 people.

The Guest House:
1 bedroom on top of the garage, with a king-sized bed, with its own bathroom.

Every bedroom in both houses has its own private bathroom.

Pickleball: The Tom Fellows Community Center located at 207 north blvd west, davenport fl 33837 (about 11 miles from the Golf course house).

If you would like to use the grill, it is $10/night as an additional service including tax, with a 2-night minimum. We recommend informing us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
Absolutely no smoking indoors — violation may result in fines and deep cleaning fees
Smoking permitted only outdoors in the backyard pool area
All windows and doors must remain closed while smoking to prevent odors getting inside Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in / late check-out may be available free of charge, depending on booking schedule — just ask!

Please note U-Haul, trailer, or oversized vehicles are not allowed in the resort, even for on/offloading.
