This gem offers 780 sq ft of private space and is the perfect place you to call home in Havasu. Includes a KING bed in the bedroom, a full-sized murphy bed in the living room, kitchen, dining area, flat screen TV, fast WIFI, air conditioning, tiled walk-in shower. Outside is a HEATED pool, shared propane fired BBQ and Hot Tub. Did we mention FREE parking for up to two vehicles? Check-in any time after 4 pm with your own key code.

This casita has all of the conveniences of home and more! It is beautiful, clean and fresh. Very comfortable and relaxing. Our hostess Kolleen was so hospitable and helpful from beginning to end. We stayed for 1-night but would have loved to stay longer. We were in town for a wedding and Kolleen’s casita slept the 4 of us very well. I highly recommend this home if you are looking formore than just the ordinary. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

This place was as advertised. Cute, spacious, and very clean. The area around this VRBO is very quiet, perfect if you need to get away from big city sounds.

Great location!

My friends and I stayed at this casita for my birthday and absolutely loved it. Pool and outdoor amenities were my favorite part. It had everything you need: beach towels, rafts, full kitchen, and an outside grill with everything you need. The shower was heavenly!!!!! Highly recommend and I would love to come back Thank you for having us!

Home Away from Home

This property was amazing. Very, very clean and upscale. Every convenience was provided. The casita was in a very good neighborhood and extremely quiet. We were visiting family that had recently been in the hospital and we were able to completely relax. We will stay again when we visit our family.

Comfortable getaway

Kolleen was very helpful and accommodating, the casita was very clean, beds and linens nice and comfortable. She was available to help us quickly when needing any help. Lovely courtyard area, the pool a bit too warm for our liking, but had nice floating devices to use. It was in a good location with an easy drive into town, nice quiet area.

Incredible!

This location is beautiful and quiet and the host was absolutely amazing! It was really easy to get to, very private, had every amenity I could ever think of, and we felt at home. I had one issue with my Vrbo app, accessing the door, and the host immediately assisted us in getting in and comfortable. There was fresh, cold water waiting, a comfortable bed, a beautiful shower, and more. I wish we could have stayed longer, thank you again for the incredible stay!

Wonderful setting and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully relaxing home with all the amenities at hand, meeting our awesome hosts. The location is perfect, with just over 10 minutes easy drive to the main attraction area, the famous London Bridge, where we found many restaurant options with spectacular views. I'm ready to go back!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The home, kitchen, and backyard were well equipped with towels, cooking utensils, blankets and everything we needed. The pool was so clean and amazing to relax and swim. The hosts were also so warm and welcoming. There is nothing to improve on because everything was perfect! We can’t wait to come back.

We are both retirees in our early 60's. You may or may not see us around the property (we live in the main house but the pool/patio area is shared), but we are only a phone call or text away if you need us. We absolutely follow your lead - complete privacy or if you wish to say hello, that is wonderful too!

This beautiful private space is just minutes from downtown, the London Bridge and beautiful Lake Havasu. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Casita is smoke free and pet free for your comfort. Our property is adults only, (no one on property under 18 years of age). Although you do share the courtyard and pool with the homeowners/hosts, you will find the area large enough for privacy and very quiet / relaxing.
