Welcome to RIVERSBEND, the ultimate Airbnb Experience in the Mt. Washington Valley! This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits on 10 acres and has 1900 feet of private frontage on the Saco River. Tucked away in the Heart of the valley, this 4800 ft.² getaway is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to make memories that will last forever. Sit by the firepit, jump in the pool, take a dip in the hot tub or take a seat at the bar while your guests play pool. The entertainment is endless!

Our bed configuration:

Master: King bed
Bunk room: 4 Full beds and 2 Twin trundles
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4 Queen bed
Bedroom 5: King bed

Sun room: Queen sleeper sofa
Game room: Queen sleeper sofa (Private room)
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa

We live local if you need anything at all!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
