This cabin is rustic yet elegant, with a rock interior wall in the kitchen with apron sink, butcher block cabinet tops and stainless appliances. There is a grand rock wood fireplace, stained concrete floors, deep soaking tub in the master bath. The cabin has a bedroom and bath downstairs and bedroom and bath upstairs. Big covered porch on front with a newly added hot tub and patio coming off kitchen dining room.

Eagles Nest sits in the foothills of the Wichita Mountains which gives it that amazing "cabin feel". The cabin has been a home away from home for so many travelers. A wonderful trip to this beautiful part of Oklahoma, thanks in large part to the accommodations at Eagles Nest. Clean, cute, and comfortable for man and beast alike. We enjoyed being able to walk into town, too. Much appreciation to Joanna for being flexible on our need to changing dates due to extreme weather.

The cabin is very cute and efficient. There are a lot of little added touches. It was a very comfortable stay. The booking and check-in process was very easy. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. The cabin is down a little way from the main tourist area, so we enjoyed the quiet. There are several cabins in the area, but there was not a noise issue of any kind. We were all a fan of the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and close to town. Loved the hot tub also. May I suggest, put grab bars beside both toilets and 1 in each shower area. Our hosts were so easy to work with thru texts. My sister and I loved every minute.

Perfect!

The Eagles Nest Cabin was cozy, yet not crowded. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the mornings and nice walks in the neighborhood. Our hosts seemed to have thought of every thing a guest might want or need - games and puzzles for inside days, outside games for nice days. It was a great jump off point for exploring the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Birthday Retreat

Stayed at the Eagle's Nest for a milestone birthday retreat with my family. Even though it rained all day on Saturday so we couldn't get out to the mountains, we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is lovely with everything you need. We cooked/grilled all of our meals, played games, and enjoyed a beverage all weekend. Will definitely return.

Clean and cozy

We had a wonderful stay and the whole process went well without a hitch. The place is easy to get to. Exterior was well maintained. Interior was clean and the decor made it comfortable and relaxing. Well stocked with necessities also. Cute town with several things to do. Only downfall was

Family get together

I met my sister from OK. We really enjoyed the area, refuge and your cabin was EXCEPTIONAL! I have never stayed at a rental that felt more at home, well-stocked and had every amenity! I hope to return again.

The cabin was wonderful. We had stayed there before. We had problems with our code not working and the VRBO app not responding. in 90° heat. Finally, after an hour we were able to reach a phone # and get a new code. Cabin great...vrbo app needs improvement. XVRBO app not responding in 90° plus heat. Finally

Loved the cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin is very cute and beautifully decorated. Peaceful and quiet, still in perfect walking distance to Medicine Park. Very clean and well stocked, comfy beds, cozy living room. Great communication with host. Highly recommend!
