Enjoy wine country from the idyllic town of Yountville, located in the heart of the Napa Valley and surrounded by picturesque vineyards and hills. Our newly updated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from the center of town.

Yountville is home to six Thomas Keller restaurants including the Michelin rated French Laundry, Bouchon Bakery & Bistro and three others. Other local favorites include Ciccio’s, Bistro Jeanty and RH Yountville, and mornings often start with a scone at Kelly’s gas station, baked daily next door at R+D Kitchen. Yountville has more than ten wine tasting rooms on its main street and is located centrally in the Valley among dozens of wineries stretching from Napa to St. Helena and Calistoga.

If you’re a golfer or athlete, there is Yountville’s 9-hole public course, a 5-minute drive away as well as pickleball and tennis courts on the south end of town. Tour Yountville and local environs on a bike available for rent in the center of town. Or you can start your day, as we often do, with a walk through the vineyards that surround town, or meander the parks and pathways in our own neighborhood. Enjoy the art installations around town, as well as the culinary and cultural attractions. The Community Center, Napa Valley Performing Arts Center, post office, library, and a quaint market contribute to easy small town living.

Our single-level home has been recently updated including new hardwood floors and lighting throughout, antique and vintage chandeliers, with Restoration Hardware and other modern furnishings. Lots of windows and high ceilings fill the home with light and reflect a fresh and clean feel.

The kitchen is outfitted with premium appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Granite countertops and under-cabinet lighting create a light and bright kitchen equipped with all of the necessary everyday accessories. New white dishware and glassware allow for wonderful entertaining. The backyard has a sitting area and a dining area, with gas barbeque. The slate patio, comfortable furnishings, vintage bistro lights and olive tree provide an inviting outdoor living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour in the backyard or the front porch outfitted with two chairs and a table.

The main bedroom has a French cane king bed, vintage chandelier, ample closets and storage space with sliding French doors that open to the peaceful backyard. The en suite bathroom has an enclosed shower and double sinks.

The second bedroom has a premium Restoration Hardware queen bed, bedside tables and lamps. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and single sink. We have hi-speed internet and a 55” smart TV in the living room, and another smart TV in the primary bedroom, that you can synch with your apps (e.g. Google, YouTube TV, Amazon) to watch live and streaming TV. There is a full-size side by side, washer and dryer and ample linens.
