This condo is on a bike path and near parks and the Guadalupe River so outdoor adventure is never out of reach. For guests looking to stay close to the condo, take advantage of the resort amenities including three hot tubs and two outdoor pools.

After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the pool, come home to stretch out on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Eat meals together at the dining table or breakfast bar. Or take your meal outside to the furnished balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss.

THINGS TO KNOW
Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo NB
We had a wonderful time staying at the Condo. With a few exceptions the condo was nice. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were sticky and curtains would make the first bedroom easier to sleep in at night. There are lights fixtures in the back bedroom and bathroom that need to be addressed. When plugging in something in the bathroom the light socket made sparks. With a little updating the condo would be beautiful. Thank you for our stay.

Needed maintenance
We stayed in this condo because of a broken plumbing pipe at home. We wanted to be comfortable while repairs were done. Ironically, the toilet in the main bedroom did not work. I called and was promised repairs by noon of the next day. No show. Ditto the next day. Didn’t show the afternoon before we left. Simple repair, took 5 minutes. The WiFi did not work. Tried to fix as Vacasa directed. Blinked on for a few minutes then went off and didn’t work again. No response to requests for repair. Very inconvenient as there were things we needed to get done. If this was the first time I’d stayed in vacation rentals, I’d go back to hotels. The upside— nice view, very clean, comfortable beds. Too bad the good was overshadowed by the bad. Very disappointing. I would like to know if Vrbo is really interested in whether our experience was worth the money.

Wonderful
Everything was nice and clean. we did have trouble getting into the property but I called the number and they were quick to get it fixed it was just a error on my part but they walk me through the process and super easy everything was clean very well stocked.

Needs updated.Vacasa staff not great!
It was nice having space, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer. The unit is dated, old furniture, needs paint and patched where old towel bar was. The floor trim is really dirty. Also we dis not receive any instructions on how to get in with keypad, just the code. When we called for help, the guy we spoke with was unhelpful, spoke with no sense of urgency at all, only just repeating the same code we were given. Then saying he qould escalate the issue but couldn't say how we would be reached! The time was already after 11pm! After waiting 40 minutes, I called back and the lady gave us the instructions to open the door...gotta hit the blinking button once code entered then turn this knob thing to unlock the deadbolt...1st time provided this info!! Very frustrating!
