Great River access

We love this series of condos. The river access is great and very easy to get in. Walkable to both the tube chute to start and the public exit once you’re done.

Family weekend

The communication with the owner was a little hostile.We had another family join us but they booked another condo but we wanted to grilled out all together then Float the river.Sadly that wasn’t possible and we ended going to their condo down the street witch was also pretty cool and for the same price the had Hot tub and pool with river access “water wheel resort condominiums”

Good central location near lots of activities.

Place was very spacious , beds were very comfortable. It had 2 bathrooms both with showers but only one had hot water. Our unit was upstairs no lighting outside to go to our unit and stairs sucked I use a Cain and have oxygen so not the most convenient to have stairs. Also in the listing it said there was an outdoor pool even had pictures of an outdoor pool but that was not true No pool ! Washer and dryer were nice to have in the unit !

Senior Trip for our girls!

We come to River every year! This year it was for our girls Senior Trip bf graduating. We loved the property it’s right on the river and has easy access for anywhere you want to go. The property is nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. 2 small things the master bathroom doesn’t drain well and the floor stays soaked due to it. Also DONT forget to wear your wristbands on the property like we did bc security is not friendly about it! Would recommend though!!

River condo

The property was fine. The stairs outside were not fine. If I had known they were not to code, I would have rented elsewhere. My husband and I are in our 70's. The stairs were hard to navigate.

A Great Christmas Trip

The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a beautiful view of the Comal River. Good kitchen with full-size appliances. Very nice bathrooms with walk-in showers. The parking area was well-protected. And a herd of deer wandered around the neighborhood! The only negative was the stairs—they are extremely steep and poorly designed, especially for someone like me, with mobility issues.

Great Location

The condo was very nice and had most everything we needed. We will definitely be back! I would suggest brining more towels for bathing and hand towels. Other than that, everything provided was great! Everyone really enjoyed our stay.
