This vacation home offers a comfortable and spacious stay with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room features a sofa with a chaise and an ottoman for relaxing and a flat screen tv for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and oven. Guests have everything they need to prepare meals during their stay. Towels and bed linens are also provided, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.

Great property for our needs for 7 days/nights. We had plenty of space for our group of 4 needing 3 separate bedrooms. 2 separate baths and an extra toilet downstairs. We cooked every meal at the property, and the kitchen/living room layout was perfect. Great for hanging out together. Location was super, so close to groceries at Walmart and other options. Check in was easy. I only needed to ask the host how to access the property, and to notify him/her when we departed. Both times I got responses in less than a minute! We had no other need to contact the host. The property had everything we needed.

Fantastic Place!

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, plenty of pillows, a luggage rack and a very comfortable bed. The master has a nice ceiling fan and the other bedrooms have a standing portable fan. The garage is heated too. We were very pleased with everything and recommend it highly. Thank you for the fantastic stay!!

Cozy and very accommodating!

We booked the BirchHill retreat for three nights. The house is cozy and spacious and the host had most of the supplies including spices and other ingredients already. We had access to the garage and it was big enough for two standard SUVs. We could see the northern lights from the front and backyard of the house which was a plus! The host was responsive and easy to reach.

North to Alaska

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very convenient to the highway and in a nicer newer neighborhood that felt very safe. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they were all queens and kings for our 3 couples. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a great extra! The kitchen was nicely stocked even though we did not cook any meals. The only down side was that the living area only had one couch and so several of us had to sit in the dining chairs when hanging out in the evenings. Not a huge deal, just not as comfortable. All in all I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fairbanks.

Great location; large home

Large home big enough to accommodate our large group visiting Fairbanks for a wedding. The house was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The snacks provided were appreciated and enjoyed! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We easily parked three vehicles at the property. I definitely recommend this property to anyone needing space for a large group. It’s close to everything and easy to find.

Great Property in Fairbanks

We stayed here for 3 nights to cap off a 15 day trip to Alaska. This was a great home base in Fairbanks, super close to everything we wanted to do. The home was very clean (super important to us) and very spacious. I loved the small extra touches as well - a few bottles of water and soda in the fridge, a few bags of chips, travel sized toothpaste in every bathroom, etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for your stay in Fairbanks.

Disappointing. Way under-furnished - downstairs could have used two more armchairs for the living room; upstairs - all bedrooms needed another nightstand by the beds - only had one - and there were no dressers in any bedroom. Outdoors - ZERO furniture out on the deck and no grill or anything else.

Perfect house for a family getaway

The house was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location. The owners got back to us quickly for any information we asked. They had an infant bed at the house ready for our little one. The house was spotless and even had some snacks and coffee available. I would recommend it to anyone asking.

My brothers funeral/ memorial

The home is beautiful, clean, spacious! The bedroom layout was perfect! The host was kind and very generous with his time to come over and help with the front door lock as the temperature outside made a glitch to open upon arrival. Having a heated garage was such a blessing !! Not sure if host made the “welcome” basket with snacks and ramen and that was such an added surprise! PERFECT PERFECT! My BEST experience with a VRBO! Thank you!!!
