**Winter Travel Advisory:**
Snowfall in Flagstaff is magical, but can sometimes require AWD or high-clearance vehicles. We recommend travel insurance for those concerned about winter weather conditions.

What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

Please be aware that an animal shelter is behind the neighborhood and noises can sometimes be heard from outside the house. A garage door opener is not provided but access to the garage is available to guests.
