Very comfortable but a little misleading

It’s was a very comfortable and clean property. No problems contacting the owner and very easy check in. Only issue was the listing was a bit misleading. Living room picture was a bit outdated missing some key furniture, and the amenities listed a gym, hot tub, and grill that were not there. Overall very nice just not 100% what I was expecting

Great stay

The property was as expected by the listing. Property manager was easy to work with. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very close to Raymond James stadium.

Great little property

House is 2 miles (south) from Westshore plaza and Raymond James stadium. Near airport also, but didn't notice any noise. Listing and pictures are accurate. 3 br's, 1 ba. It says it could sleep 8, but I'm not sure about that - 6 is no problem though. Otherwise, owner was very communicative and quick to respond to messages. House is clean and looks nice. Small living space and dine-in kitchen, but perfect for a few people for a couple night stay. Bathroom was renovated and is pretty nice as well. Kitchen is fully furnished, including a few plates and glasses. It also has laundry facilities. Beds didn't seem like they were going to be comfortable upon an initial sit, but they were surprisingly good. Price was comparable to a local hotel I was looking at, so it was worth booking.

Cozy place

The stay was great!!! We loved the location and the place itself. It had everything we needed for the stay, it was clean and very cozy. I would definitely recommend this location! We plan on putting it on our favorites to use again when we are in Tampa.

Great place near everything in Tampa!

First off, this was a great place to stay. Clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, nice size backyard. Only things I would change- the photo shows a full stand of kcups available for us, there weren't even enough for everyday of our stay. Maybe take that picture out since we didn't pack coffee due to that picture. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom or the kitchen, or any extra trash bags. It was also non-refundable so we couldn't make any changes after we booked. Overall, it was very close to everything and this was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if I had the choice.

Very convenient

Very convenient, close to airport, mid way between the beaches and downtown. Place is clean. We enjoyed the ping pong. One more bathroom would be a plus though.

Nice location

Overall very pleased with the property, it was clean and the photos are accurate. Only additional comment would be that the living room could use another love seat. Not enough seating for a family of four.

This home was very nice. It was decorated VERY WELL. The asthestics made it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it for a nice getaway.

Perfect & Cozy

Our original reservation made in November cancelled on us the day before check in and we luckily found this property. It was in a great location close to everything. The place was very clean and nice. The Owner was very good at communicating with us and letting us know when everything was clean and ready for us.

Great getaway

The home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials needed. The ping pong table and firepit were nice added activities for our down time. The home is located in a great neighborhood, and near many food and entertainment options. The property owner was very helpful and easy to contact. I would recommend this rental to all my family and friends that visit the area.
