4 Bedroom Campus Condo with Pool

4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Great central location 2 blocks from campus and walking distance to many local restaurants and attractions. Swimming pool, outdoor grills and 4 free parking garage spots. PLEASE NOTE: We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.

We are available if needed but will give you privacy during your stay.

Stay any closer to campus and you just might have to enroll!

The unit is private and guests have access to the condo’s parking garage, pool, outdoor grill/seating and hammock area.

The unit is within walking distance to the OSU campus and many attractions/restaurants. There is a parking garage attached to the unit and 4 parking passes are provided for your stay. There is a bus service in Stillwater that picks up just outside the parking garage of the condo building; search the internet for "Big Orange Bus" for more info.

Perfect Place

Great location and space for all

Our family enjoyed the stay for an OSU football weekend. Fantastic location - walking distance to all campus activities. Perfect for 3 adult couples and kids with each room having their own bathroom. Minimal design but just enough to keep it homey.

Graduation weekend - great stay

The four bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area was perfect for our graduation weekend stay. Jeff and his team were very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. We will be back!

My sister, brother, daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room and very clean. We will definitely be back.

Great place with awesome location

Stayed in the 4BR with my adult family for OSU homecoming. Very comfy. Had everything you’d need. A short walk to Campus. Communication with the owner was great. Wish I could give six stars.

Cute Condo in Stillwater

Overall, a very cute and clean condo. Nice layout with each bedroom having a full bath. Bedrooms a bit tight but adequate. Home is decorated nicely and has been well maintained. Nice location to campus but did have some street noise from cars and other residents. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would book again.

OSU Game Visit

The condo was in the BEST location. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and the OSU campus. The condo was equipped with everything, the beds were so comfortable and communication with the hosts was so quick and easy. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was great too!! Loved the free parking. We won’t stay anywhere else!! Thank you!!

Stillwater weekend- Battle of the Bands

Wonderful accommodations! We stayed here during The Battle of the Bands at Tumbleweed. Jeff and Laura were wonderful host with great communication. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This unit is on the first floor and easy to access from the parking garage.
