4 bedrooms; ensuite bathrooms, TV and walk-in closets in each room. Great central location 2 blocks from campus and walking distance to many local restaurants and attractions. Swimming pool, outdoor grills and 4 free parking garage spots. PLEASE NOTE: We have a video doorbell at the front door.

We are available if needed but will give you privacy during your stay.

Stay any closer to campus and you just might have to enroll!

The unit is private and guests have access to the condo’s parking garage, pool, outdoor grill/seating and hammock area.

The unit is within walking distance to the OSU campus and many attractions/restaurants. There is a parking garage attached to the unit and 4 parking passes are provided for your stay. There is a bus service in Stillwater that picks up just outside the parking garage of the condo building; search the internet for "Big Orange Bus" for more info.

PLEASE NOTE: The unit is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators available. Also please be aware that it is a condo building with other units surrounding you so there is the potential for noise especially on game days. People LOVE their Cowboys!

We had a great time and will book again. I was ask to rate pool but it was covered so I wished there was a n/an option but gave it a 3 since we could not see it or use it. Communication was great and so was check in. The parking spaces were tight but location is great. Reminds me of a college dorm setting but condo was nice and 4 beds in one condo was great. We had a great time and loved OSU homecoming activities.

Great spot for a Pokes weekend

We came for homecoming weekend, and were able to walk to everything. Perfect location. This 4-bed apartment is comfy, safe, and nice. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a Stillwater experience.

Great Individual spaces

This apartment is awesome for a group of adults. Every room has its own bathroom and the living room is a great size to hang out as a group too. Very close to campus and nice private parking. Property manager is very nice, helpful and relaxed made for a stress free stay.

Great Stay

My Special Olympics coaches and I came to Stillwater to attend a training and wanted to all stay together. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect - everyone had their space. The condo was clean and check-in was easy. We enjoyed the pool very much! Would definitely recommend.

Weekend in Stillwater

We were in Stillwater for a family wedding and found this perfect four-bedroom/four full bathroom apartment/condo for my family, kids and mother-n-law. Each person had their own room and bathroom to get ready for the event. The cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities, and location to the university and wedding venue was perfect for us. If it wasn't so cold we could walk to it all. Jeff and Laura were both very hospitable by checking in on us throughout the weekend. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice and updated condo near OSU….

This is a nice condo that has been well updated. The beds, appliances and electronics are all great. Communication with the owner was also as good as it gets. The only issue we had with it was the condition of the common area of the property itself. The stairwells, walkways and common entry doors are filthy. Uneaten food, trash, leaves, dead plants, etc. We’re still happy to leave a 5 star review because the condo itself was as described and it’s not the owners fault that the HOA doesn’t do its job.

Very nice and clean

Super nice and at a fantastic location. Jeff was extremely detailed in how to get in and where everything was. He was also very quick in responding to any questions we had. The only issues we had did not pertain to Jeff. But someone was doing construction down the hall and started sawing at 8 am. There was also a huge dog somewhere that barked a lot of the night. However, the condo was super clean and cozy. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Condo Once Inside

The condo building (outside the unit) has some maintenance issues, but once I was inside the condo, it was very nice and clean! It is decorated very well, comfy couch, and great beds! I addressed the issues in the hallways with the renters and they were very responsive. They let me know that the building was changing to a new property management group. The only thing that wasn’t great was the stairs and doors throughout the walk to the condo. It was OK for me, but might not be for those with mobility issues.

The host unexpectedly canceled our reservation, stating that emails or reminders about a missed payment had been sent. But we never received any communication about this. Right after the cancellation, we explained that we were unaware of the payment and offered to pay it immediately, but our request was declined.

Perfect Space for our Weekend Reunion

The property managers/owners were very prompt in answering our questions. There was a glitch on the part of VRBO technical department, and we did not receive our check-in and other mail information in a timely manner. As soon as our hosts discovered this issue, they promptly sent the information to us via another method. They also contacted VRBO for technical support to correct the previous communication errors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The information about the property on VRBO did alert possible guests that the unit is on the second floor. That was very important for us to know since our group were “seniors.”

Great Location Close to Downtown

The unit was clean and had basic amenities, and worked well for our group. It's a 20 min walk to downtown shops & restaurants and 10 min walk to campus area.We had an issue with the A/C not working and the smoke detectors beeping and Jeff immediately jumped on the situation and took care of it within a couple of hours, which I really appreciated.One thing to note—each bedroom has its own bathroom within it, but there are NO bathroom doors on 3 of them. This isn't currently disclosed until check-in instructions are sent, so this was a bit awkward for friends sharing a room who weren't couples.While the unit is very clean, the building hallways and grounds are very dirty—people's trash left everywhere (chicken wings on the ground, pizza boxes, etc) and tons of dust, dirt, and leaves piling up (everything is outside, open to the elements). It's not a deal-breaker since the unit was great, but you should just be aware that you're basically staying in a college dorm-type situation. Since it was pretty pricey to stay here, I just didn't expect this level of grime outside the unit.
