This is the perfect place if you're looking for a cozy home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within walking distance of the Oneonta Country Club golf course and 3 minute drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. The main floor features a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There's plenty of space in the back yard for lawn games and you will likely see birds and rabbits too! Cook a meal on the outdoor grill and enjoy the patio.
The neighborhood is calm and quiet, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.
Guests have access to the entire house, laundry in the basement and large back yard with privacy fence, patio and outdoor gas grill.
One of the best features of this house is its proximity to the golf course (0.2 mile, a 4 minute walk) and to the Cooperstown All Star Village baseball facility (0.9 mile). The house itself is cozy and comfortable, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces, the large back yard and patio and the shade of the maple tree in the front yard.
The immediate neighborhood has quiet streets with minimal traffic, making it a nice area for taking leisurely walks or for the kids to ride bikes. Shopping, restaurants and gas stations are all within just a few minutes drive.
This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with close neighbors who value peace and privacy. Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce no street parking and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all timesâespecially outdoors and during evenings.
No parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. This home is best suited for guests looking for a calm and relaxing stay.

Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up in Oneonta, NY so I have been part of the community for all of my life. After leaving the area for college, my husband and I chose to return to Oneonta to raise our 3 boys because it's a great place to raise a family.

This home is where we started our family and raised our young children until we outgrew the house. We love the neighborhood because it's beautiful, quiet, close the golf course, and perfect for walking and taking the kids for bike rides.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This home is so cozy and welcoming and has a really large, flat back yard. The bay window in the dining room lets in so much natural light and showcases the huge, beautiful maple tree in the front yard.
