Quiet and cozy room with a/c unit in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within minutes from all the attractions Tampa Bay has to offer..14 minutes from the airport..This is a completely independent apartment Studio that comes equipped, with wifi, a smart TV, a/c queen bed, mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker..NO STOVE. this apartment studio is attached to our home but it is completely independent and private.Fantastic location.All the benefits of a private suite at a single-room rate.

This is a cute little suit that will accommodate 2 persons comfortably with all of the amenities you need including a Queen Size Bed & a mini-split air-condition system. This is basically a mother-in-law suite next to our home that was converted for units customers so that they could enjoy a comfortable premium stay without a premium price while they are here for business, a drive through town stay or simply a get out of the routine staycation. We have good welcoming neighbors that are always ready to say hello.. If you don't need all of the bells and whistle from big hotels that drive the price of your stay up then this place is ideal for smart customers that don't want to over pay and just need a comfy place to relax and spend the night..

Nice cozy stay for me and my wife.

Very clean and nice cozy stay for me and my wife, for our honeymoon. Location was excellent, close driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Our host was also excellent and very responsive.

Nice and Affordable

This VRBO was just the right size for my teenage son and me in the area for sporting event for three days. Property was clean and neighborhood was safe and quiet. Property pwner very responsive when contacted with questions. We would stay here again.

This property was close to a relative I was visiting, so it worked well for us. Just a little confusing upon entry, as the detailed instructions did not come through on Expedia.

Confusing Check In

You had to go through two gates, through their backyard, across a stone path to get in. They claimed this was all in "the guide," though it was not. I had to get a different hotel for the first night because I couldn't figure it out. Room was nice though, clean, had nice amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom was also nice although you had to put the dial toward the middle for hot water.

Good not Great

The place was very clean and the property manager called me to help me enter the property when I was struggling. I wanted to lead with the positives because if you're looking for a clean place to stay for a night before a flight out of Tampa, I think this is a great place for you. The instructions to get in were not super clear, someone was playing loud music until 11:00pm, and not all the fixtures worked. It really wasn't that bad though so I would still recommend it.

The location was great, close to grrat restaurants and shopping. It's a perfect place for 2 looking for a convenient location to enjoy the Tampa area. The place was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all communication. We would stay again.

Nice clean spot in quiet neighborhood

We have stayed for past several years in this part of Tampa and this is by far our favorite one! Clean quiet place easy to access location and Host was super friendly. Thank you for the hospitality

The place was fine but there were small ants everywhere we had to kill them sitting on the toilet

The place was fine the owner needs to home defense prior to guest coming because it’s a lot I also had ants in luggage once I got home
