Chef’s kitchen outfitted w/ high-end stainless steel appliances, double ovens, 5-burner gas cooktop, warming drawer, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers & 2 pantries! Multiple beverage fridges, ice maker & wet bar are perfect for entertaining!

5 bedrooms plus huge theatre room with pool table on the second floor! 1st floor Primary bedroom has a King bed and boasts of vaulted ceiling & luxurious bathroom w/ marble flooring, dual marble vanities, jetted tub & separate shower.

Queen beds in each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Great central location for our event at the Galleria. The main living space was perfect for training. Bedrooms were comfortable. Large table was perfect for team breakfast, dinners and masterminding.

Overall stay was present - the place is large enough for family and extended families to stay for a week. There were plenty of amenities provided. The house does need repair work in some areas such as cabinet doors, locks, lights, etc. Some areas need to be cleaned, too. That would make the place even better. Host was great and stopped by one night to help take the trash out. Overall, the stay was wonderful!

It is a beautiful, spacious home! Great location near to downtown, a really nice neighborhood.The couches are not pull-out couches so the capacity is not quite accurate; it only has actual beds for 13. The host is wonderful and quick to communicate.

Thank you so much for the review and so glad you enjoyed our spacious home! Yes with the trundle bed and the air mattress, there are 9 beds total. We swapped out one couch for a true sleeper sofa so there are 2 pull outs now plus 2 large couches!

HOUSTON (GALLERIA AREA) SPATIOUS RENTAL PROPERTY WITH 5 BEDROOMS

Excellent location!!!The 5 Bedrooms allowed ample sleeping space for our entire family: 8 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler.The LARGE dining table was a "Big Plus" for the home, as it allowed our entire family to sit together for meals!!!The pool and hot tub were great perks, which allowed "great family time" during our stay!!!The spatious GREAT ROOM nicely accommodated our large family!The CHEF'S KITCHEN was dated and missing several items. The 2nd refigerator in the laundry area needed repair.BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! (Could use some some minor repairs/upgrades.)The property manager was readily available for questions/concerns.WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY! WOULD STAY AGAIN, WITHOUT HESITATION!

There is a lot wrong with this place, worst VRBO I've ever had. No check in instructions. Check out instructions came after we left. Blinds in bedroom don’t go down. No pillow cases on most of the beds. Master bed had dirty sheets with hair in the bed. No dish towels. Very few spoons. No hangers. Very little toilet paper. A lot of broken cabinets. Very dirty. Lights in bathroom upstairs don’t work. Dirty dishes and broken glasses in the cabinets. Fridge door in movie room doesn’t close due to too much frost buildup. Overall a lack of maintenance. Pool and hot tub not heated. No jets. Master sink doesn’t drain. Very difficult to justify the price of this rental. I do a lot of VRBOs and this is not a good one, I wish we had done a hotel with the rest of the group.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sensitive to the experience and expectations of our guests and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. That said, we do want to clarify some false statements for future guests; namely the stock of toiletries. Our cleaners use a checklist that requires 2 new paper towels are put in the kitchen and 2 new rolls of toilet paper are put in each of the 5 bathrooms in the home. The ten total rolls of toilet paper usually is sufficient for a weekend stay but there are always extra in our storage cabinet if needed. Similarly, check-in instructions are promptly sent at 3 pm with the gate code, door keypad code, wifi access, etc. and check-out instructions provided at 7 am on the date of departure. Any desire to arrive before the designated check-in has to be communicated in advance which this guest did not. But many of the issues described were either not reported to us during the stay (which would have allowed us to correct them immediately) or were isolated incidents like the one window blind that someone in his party raised up and could not bring down. Our property is professionally cleaned and all towels and beddings are washed between every stay. Nevertheless, we have inspected and replaced some linens/pillowcases, restocked kitchenware and hangers, and found a very nice handyman to help with the hinges on a few kitchen cabinets. The hot tub works absolutely fine and I personally offered to come and assist this guest to operate but did not get any response. We strive to provide a high-quality, comfortable home that offers excellent value for groups. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we can make things right in real time.

Hygienically unacceptable

No welcome instructions for stay. Dirty linens, towels, bloodstained mattress cover, dirty pots in cabinets, dirty silverware drawers, broken furniture (piano stool, bar stool), missing light bulbs in fixtures, TV remotes scattered in drawers; not with correct TV’s throughout the house, problem with the AC, dangerous area rug with no grip, (several guests tripped and one fell), host changes check in time from 4:00pm to 5:00 pm. We spent much of our time washing linens and towels and changing beds; definitely not what I paid for!!!

All our linens are bleached and washed after every guests. Our mattresses are in zippered encasements for an added level of protection. Although makeup, wine, even hair dye can leave stains, we strive to ensure that all linens are sanitized and clean for our next guests or thrown out if not suitable. Furthermore, all guests receive recommendations for things to do in Houston and around the house about 3 days before their stay and welcome instructions with the gate and door codes, wifi information, etc promptly at 3 pm on the day of their check in. Nevertheless, thanks to this review, we added numbers to the back of each remote to correspond with the bedrooms so our cleaners and future guests can note exactly which remote goes where! We also have tightened all loose legs on furniture, replaced 2 burnt out light bulbs, and added a rug grip to the entry rug for a safer experience at our home!
