Gatherings & Guest Count

Any gathering exceeding the listed guest count must be approved in advance by the host. Unauthorized gatherings or house rule violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Refundable Incidental Deposit

To ensure the Prolific Oasis remains in pristine condition for every guest, a $1,000 fully refundable deposit is required for all reservations.

• Captured 48 hours prior to check-in via your Prolific Boarding Pass link

• Held separately from your booking payment

• Automatically released within 3–5 business days after checkout, pending a successful property inspection

• Guests will be notified promptly of any exceptions
