Private lakefront house with all the amenities on beautiful Magician Lake. Enjoy a stay that will leave you relaxed and have that "magic" feeling! Enjoy playing in the lake all day and wind down on the porch as the sunsets over the lake next two a fire.

The Lumos house enjoys prime location on the tranquil Magician Lake where you can paddle on a SUP /kayak or the kids can jump in the lake off the dock or Maui pad (all provided). The home is renovated and comfortable with the comforts of heat/AC, WIFI and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and coffee items you will need. There is one bedroom on the main floor and two upstairs with a full bathroom on each floor.

Beautiful Lake Home

Our stay at the Lumous House was amazing. The house is equipped with everything you need to include beach towels and life jackets for all sizes. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and having a washer/dryer on site was convenient. Also, the AC was the perfect accommodation after long hot days outside. We will definitely book again. Looking forward to future trips! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice Retreat on a nice lake

We enjoy the house and property. Boating, SUP, Kayaks and swimming. House was clean and had a nice open setting in the family room. Kitchen worked just fine. 2nd floor shower is super small but it worked. We liked having the washer and dryer and 1st floor bedroom for my parents.

Great for family vacation

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. The house is located on the lake with pretty views but not the best area for swimming off the dock. The living area was renovated and nice but the rest of the house was a little dated and could use some updates/ deep cleaning. There were not cleaning materials at the house- ie counter spray, etc. The screen door was broken which was also a bummer. There was not an umbrella at the table outside. And there were no kayaks, SUP, or the Maui pad all of which were included in the description so we were disappointed that they were not there. The AC worked well and the WiFi was fast. The bunk beds are twin on top but full on the bottom bunks which was also nice. The host was incredibly communicative and responded quickly. Overall, would stay here again but would go into it knowing that it is slightly dated.

Beautiful Place

The view was amazing, the place was great and clean! They had a kayak and paddle board which was a nice surprise. They even had children life jackets and beach towels which was really handy.

Wonderful lake life retreat

This was a amazing family vacation. The property was beautiful, clean and perfect location. We rented a boat during the stay. Absolutely wonderful lake retreat!

Morning coffee on the dock!

Lovely home! Large gathering areas inside and outside with lake views was the best! Fantastic leather couches! Clean and comfortable. Although there was a "For Sale" sign in sight between us and the lake, we still enjoyed meals on the deck and relaxing in the yard. If the firepit is important, make sure to ask that weeds/flowers be removed before your arrival. The bedrooms were comfortable. We like a firm mattress, and the downstairs Queen bed was perfect. Upstairs King bed is softer. Bathrooms were spotless and suited the four of us perfectly; however, the upstairs bathroom is quite small. Coming "home" to this lovely home after daytrips to Saint Joseph and South Haven beaches made our long weekend fabulous!

Peaceful and Relaxing

This house was meticulously clean, nicely appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. The house manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. From the minute we walked through the door we felt the warm welcome. Location is great with friendly neighbors. We caught fish off the dock and frolicked at the sandbar with friendly boaters we met from the Chicago area. We were hoping for a relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got. Will have to stay longer next time !
