Welcome to my cozy Airbnb in a great central location! This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement unit has been newly renovated and ready for your stay! The unit features private entry, free parking, a newly updated bathroom, kitchenette with free coffee and great proximity to the best of the front range. The location is 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, RiNo, The Highlands and Olde Towne Arvada. Just over 20 minutes to Golden and Boulder and 9 minutes from the Westminster Promenade if you want to shop!

This space includes two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other has a full. Both of the bedrooms have large closets that can fit clothes for 2 people and have built in shelves. The main bedroom (queen bed) also features an office space with a desk where you can work peacefully.

The couch can also be folded down into a bed and this unit comfortably sleeps 4 people.

The bathroom has been newly renovated and features a shower and complimentary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, makeup wipes and a container of random supplies you may have left at home!

The Kitchenette features a Fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig (with free coffee K-Cups, creamer and sugar/sweetener) and hot/cold water dispenser. There are mugs and glasses for you to drink from and paper plates/plastic utensils for your use. There is a bin in the kitchenette for you to place the dirty cups/mugs.

In the living area there is a high top table with barstools, a couch that can fold into a bed if needed, living room furniture and a Smart TV that allows you to log into any of your subscriptions. There is of course complimentary high-speed wifi offered to guests. The units work from home space and fast wifi are great for remote work!

The backyard has a patio area with chairs and a table with a retractable awning. You are welcome to use this space, but it is shared with the upstairs unit. Upgrades coming to the backyard in Summer 2022 are: New furniture, Grill and corn hole boards!

This is one of two units in the property. It is a completely separate basement unit with a private entrance. Please be aware that the top unit is occupied and you may occasionally hear footsteps or some noise from upstairs. For your comfort a box fan and white noise machine have been provided in the bedrooms.
