Spend the evening relaxing on the large deck while gazing at the stars or relax in the covered hot tub with a glass of wine. Romantic dinners for two can be cooked in the open concept kitchen or you may enjoy a meal cooked on the provided grill. Get cozy next to a warm, crackling campfire in the outside gas fire pit, and toast some marshmallows while you sip some hot chocolate.

Due to the location of the property you may see wildlife/critters/bugs or signs that they were there.

This home is located about a quarter mile from parking for the Appalachian trail. Enjoy the local eateries including Baked Sweet, The Gathering Place, Kauffman's Chicken BBQ and many others. You will be about 45 minutes from Hershey Park/Chocolate World, 1 hour from Lancaster, 45 minutes from Lititz, 1 hour from Knoebel's Amusement park and 70 minutes from Jim Thorpe. More local activities can be enjoyed at Violet Vintage Wine Company, Bouchette Vineyards, Koziar's Christmas Village, Sweet Arrow Lake, Swatara State Park and Blue Marsh.

Other Things to Note:
It is $100 less to book a Saturday & Sunday night than a Friday and Saturday night. Sunday night is a weekday rate.
There is a wood burning stove however guests are not permitted to use it. There is no access to the locked garage, mechanical room or the 4 locked storage closets in the house.
During winter months, we recommend all wheel drive/4 wheel drive vehicles in case of inclement weather due to the mountainous location of this property.
Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults (no children permitted.)
No pets.
