The house was enough for what we needed. Pretty well stocked lots of towels and seasons for cooking. The utensils and the drawer was dirty and needed to be cleaned, which I did. Our second night someone was on the property in the garage that is footsteps away from the house. Would have been nice to be notified. The driveway had been salted which was nice given the resent snow storm. Curtains for the loft sleeping area would be nice. Also, they charge an extra person charge for any booking over 4 people. This isnt clearly noted in the listing. Just says could possible be charge without a clear number. The host was nice to refund me the extra person charge when I brought this to their attention. Overall good enough for the price.

We had a great stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive. The property was very, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some light cooking. The appliances were new and worked very well. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were relatively spacious. The living room was particularly cozy. We enjoyed the small deck at the back of the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

Short stay

We stayed here 2 nights traveling through PA to Ohio. Picked the area to visit Koziar’s Christmas Village which we loved! The Cozy Cabin was super cute, clean and convenient. They were very accommodating letting us change our stay due to illness. Highly recommend - everything was great!

We love staying at this cabin. We travel out there to the Christmas Village every year & are never disappointed with this property. Super clean & comfortable.

Cozy Cabin

What an amazingly beautiful little cabin! Clean, bright and very airy. Loved the natural light that beamed in from the porch. Stayed there to visit the Koziar Christmas Village. The host even texted prior to our arrival about the storm that was expected. Would definitely stay there again!

Quite and peaceful place

Leon & Janeen were kind and responsive, making sure we had all we needed. The house was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. It is quiet and private with a nice view of fields and a creek outside, and lots of birds and squirrels. Everything seems to be new inside, and has a nice and clean design. The kitchen is big with lots of counter space and good appliances, which was very helpful for us since we cook every day. Thank you so much!

Great cozy getaway

This was our first time staying in this area and we wanted to find a place that was cozy, intimate, and away from the busy city life. This cabin was the perfect mini getaway. The space was perfect for just the two of us. We had one minor issue but the host responded quickly, which was great and reassuring. The full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer were great amenities. The town was quiet and just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint cabin

This cabin was nicely furnished (towels were wonderful) with individual thermostats throughout. It’s just out of town, tucked away in the hills. Very close to several locally owned restaurants. We booked this so we could visit Koziar’s Christmas Village, which is just a short drive away. Cabelas Super Store is only a half hour away. We would certainly stay here again. The host was very responsive and quick to answer.

Very nice stay

Property was very clean and well-kept (a few cobwebs in the dining chandelier, but who doesn't have those?!) Kids loved the loft, and the beds were VERY comfortable. A lovely alternative to a motel/hotel, since with 3 little guys it's always nice to not be on top of each other in. The kitchen was fantastic, and it was nice to be able to cook in pans that were easy to clean! Thank you so much for such a great stay.
