Stay entertained and active during your stay with lots to do both indoors and out.

The spacious main floor features an open floor plan with a cozy living room, with a wood burning fire place, dining area with seating for 10, coffee bar, and fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, you will also find two bedrooms each with a king bed, and a shared full bathroom. Double doors off the dining area, lead to a back, covered porch, with additional dining for 6 people. There is where you will also find the 7-8 person hot tub, and fire pit area with seating for 6, and firewood provided. Upstairs you will find a cozy sitting area in the loft that overlooks the living area, and with a majestic view out the large windows. You will also find the luxury master suite, with a full private bath, futon, and an additional area attached with a twin bed, perfect for a small child. Downstairs, you will find another cozy living space with a large sectional sofa, TV, electronic gaming table, and a small play area equipped with toys, books, and games for the little ones in your group. There is also, one large bedroom with a luxury king bed, and two full-size bunk beds. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and one full bathroom, with a bath tub, ensuring everyone`s comfort. In the detached garage you will find a gaming area equipped with Ping-Pong, and the driveway has a Pickleball Court. All game equipment is provided.

Please note:

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Fireworks on the property

5) Please notify us if you plan to bring pets. A $250 pet fee applies per pet. per stay.

6) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 12, an extra guest fee that is $25 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

7) All day the time visitor must be registered and included in the guest count.

8) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.
