Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Resides next to Almaden Hills, this clean new one bed room is great for who travel light, yet enjoy having all the amenities available. Thoughtfully furnished and arranged. Separated shower and bathtub. fast internet-1.2g , fully fenced private space, & entrance. Close to school, trails, shopping, library, hospital. Very safe respectful neighborhood. You will wake up happy and come back enjoy the nicely designed space. Plenty of natural light

The bed is a solid queen bed, though it looks skinny on the photo. It is good for single traveller, or two who enjoys sleeping in the same bed. The couch is a bit small to sleep on for average grown ups.

Outdoor space is very pleasant with comfy chairs and umbrella, and enough space for a couple of pups. It has nice breeze and the street is neither noise nor completely silent you will be aware of people enjoying their walks outside, in your own private space with a cup of tea.

Most of the hotel rooms smells old, stale with worn out carpet, my place smells fresh and clean. Everything is new, big windows. shower and bath tub is separated. picture frame tv, new appliances, high-quality solid bed and mattress, nespresso coffee maker and keurig. we strive to provide a convenient, friendly, comfortable space for the guests. a house that functions, suggests a life style, aesthetically pleasing. Nice for short term stays. People stay for two months like it as well.

We enjoyed our stay immensely!!! Jen”s place was bright, clean, very quiet and private. We had everything we needed and we would be very happy to stay with Jen again. The private yard was especially nice and great for our dog!!

The overall description on the VRBO site did not match what we found. First, it is not light-filled as the shades were not adjustable up or down. Second, the bed was not comfortable because it sank slightly in the middle, and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The other amenities were very nice and accurate,but there was missing slight attention to detail such as: outdoor cushions were soaking wet and took two days to dry out before we could use them, and the shower handle was pointing towards one's face, so when turning on the hand wand it got one all wet. Surprise! Just small details, but important to us.

Lovely, bright and airy, this guesthouse is very clean and convenient to highways and stores. The host is wonderful - very considerate and easy to communicate with. We've stayed here before and will again.

Very enjoyable, relaxing, quiet, and private. A very nice neighborhood setting. The final positive feeling was the ability to communicate with the owner with basic questions, never an issue with stay.Highly recommend a newer facility to relax.

Quiet and comfortable

This cozy guest house was perfect for our 1-month stay. Very quiet, private. Everything looks new, lots of outlets, large shower and separate tub were nice. Comfortable mattress. Owner Jen was quick and helpful when we had a request. We will probably return!

Wonerdful host, peaceful property

This thoughtfully appointed guesthouse is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is convenient to stores and access to the freeway system. Plenty of natural light with windows and skylights and an enclosed outdoor seating area. The host is thoughtful, kind and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Modern and comfortable

This is such a warm and inviting place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, has lots of natural light, and a spacious private yard. My host was accommodating and responsive to my inquiries.

Great spot!

Spent one night here with my dog and a friend. The place was very clean. Really enjoyed the outside space - private and the dog could be outside, too. Several parks nearby. Host was a great communicator!

Great place & host

Loved the new unit with direct access, nice patio area, kitchen, bath, bed (very comfortable)…everything we needed! Host was pleasant w/quick replies and great communication. Neighborhood very quiet and safe. We had a lot of activities planned, so didn’t hang out there much, but if we had it would’ve been nice…a little small in the living room, though. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely come back.

Once a friend of mine said that "a good vacation is that you have a nice home to return to after", so I always clean the house before any trip, and feel fortunate to have a decent place to call home. This Henderson vacation home reflects so many ideals of mine, such as that "it is about experience not stuff","being able to be nice is a fortune", "life is not always kind, we make it so when we can", " our pride is to provide a happy time to every quests" than "most optimized operation"
I am a dreamer in many ways, I do things what I am passionate about whenever I can afford to choose, l indulge myself and people around me when I can, my aspiration is gym, to hold a perfect plank longer will be my great achievement. life can be rough at times, but I would not exchange it for any others.

built this tiny house during pandemic, when browsing through ads on local magazines, about having an ADU in bay area, picked a simple layout and started. During the process, a friend brought her architect friend, who brilliantly redesigned the inside layout, to have a bath room with separate shower, and bath tub, a bit kitchen island, a bed room, she changed the place from very modest to touch of modern and luxury when we can. I put a lot of efforts to make this place comfortable, and look nice. I splurged on the art frame tv, the bed and mattress , bar stool are of high quality. I like nespresso, also there is keurig
