4 Bedroom North Ogallala. Off-Season Pricing

This newly remodeled open concept home not only offers enough space for you and your family to relax after a long day at the lake. The backyard is currently undergoing some rehab and has grass that needs to be established, but there is a grill and fire pit. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, and a fully stocked kitchen you'll never want to leave - besides to get to the lake and back of course. Send the kiddos off to one of the two bedrooms with Full over Full and Twin Trundle Bunk Beds. When dinner is done and the kids have gone to bed retreat to the master bedroom with a relaxing bath in the garden soaker tub and a good book. In the mornings you'll be ready to tackle the day's adventures after cooking breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen; complete with pots and pans, utensils, plates & bowls, etc. This home is on the outskirts of Ogallala while still close enough for an evening out at local restaurants and close enough to the lake you won't have to answer "are we there yet?" from anyone.

Would like to give a 5 Star but wasn’t quite ready for use when we arrived and no Kleenex or paper towels. Otherwise it was perfect. Tons of sleeping room and very spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and I picked this place because it was so close to the venue. It’s also only 10min to the lake. The owner was so great to work with and very responsive. The beds were super comfortable.

Nice Home, Great Location

We loved the location of the home in relation to the lake and the amenities available in town. Most important, the beds were wonderful (we all slept great), the living room was comfortable and relaxing after being at the lake all day, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped! We really had no complaints other than some minor house keeping issues, so our only recommendation would be a little more time cleaning the bathrooms and maybe under the recliners. Thanks for a wonderful stay, only wish it could’ve been longer!

Nice place to stay

We used this house for a hunting trip and it worked out great for us. Host was very good about communicating and answering all our questions. House is set up nicely. The price was very reasonable.

This house was as described and depicted in pictures. A lot of the items in it seem new or fairly new (furniture, mattresses, bedding). Very clean. It was great to get out of the heat and into the A/C our week.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

We were a little leery booking a new rental but this was a great place to stay!! Great location, quiet, safe and loved all the extra amenities we used for the lake. The host was great at answering questions and responding quickly. We will be back and would not hesitate recommending this place for friends and family.

I worked in corporate for 4 years and did very well until I was laid off during covid. Not knowing what to do, I decided to go into real estate! I have one VRBO and a couple of rentals in town now. I have enjoyed the change immensely! Ogallala is a wonderful little town with some great people. The VRBO has been an exciting and new experience. I have loved meeting my guests and helping them make good memories at Lake Mac! Constantly looking for ways to improve my guests' experience.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I bought this property because the house has a great layout. It has enough room for a large family, grandparents, and a couple of cousins to stay in one place. The 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, an open dining area, and a decently sized kitchen provide enough space where guests can spread out.

The location is decent. It is on the far north side of town in a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is an open field in front of the house where you can watch the corn grow, and neighbors on both sides. It is one of the best spots in town to watch the Keith County fireworks on the 4th of July! Safeway and downtown are just a few minutes away. The closest access point to the Lake is about 7 minutes away! Enjoy the best of both worlds.

This property was purchased at a reasonable price as a "fixer-upper", which means I don't have to charge the highest rates in town (I never take offense to special offer requests--especially on weekdays).
