Recently remodeled with chic modern beach decor, this spacious lakefront home is perched high above Lake McConaughy, offering awe-inspiring 180-degree views of the water.

One of the most special features of Lookout Lake House is exclusive access to our private neighborhood natural beach. Just a short walk or drive away, this secluded shoreline offers a peaceful spot to dip your toes in the water, launch a kayak, or simply relax on the sand.

Since this is a natural, untouched beach, expect to see some driftwood, smooth stones, and native plants along the shoreline—adding to its rugged charm. We kindly ask guests to respect this pristine environment by picking up after themselves and leaving no trash behind.

If you’re looking for a larger, maintained sandy beach, Bayside Beach is just a 5-minute drive down the shoreline.

You and your group will have access to the entire home. Max occupancy allowed - 12 guests.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
- NO PETS
- MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests.
- Propane is not provided; you will need to bring your own to use the grill & fire pit
- Wood burning fires are prohibited on the property due to fire danger regulations set by Keith County.
- Camping is not permitted on property or on the private neighborhood beach.
- One of our family members who uses the home has a service dog. We do clean extensively between each stay. As such we cannot guarantee the home is 100% pet allergy free. Thank you for understanding!
- We HIGHLY recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive when accessing the private neighborhood beach in front of the house, otherwise, you will get stuck and will need a tow.
- All guests must be clearly accounted for on the reservation.
- If there are guests who stay over night and exceed the guest count per the reservation, we will assess an additional $100 per night/ per guest charge.
