All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with the Master and Bedroom 2 also have outside showers. The King Beds in Bedroom 2 and 3 can be split to create 2 Single Beds. All Bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC.

The Exterior
1750 sqm beachfront lot featuring a white sandy beach in the front and the marina bay with its own private pontoon in the rear. There’s also a 20m infinity lap pool, a Bale and a BBQ area.
