Nice place to stay!

Our stay here was wonderful! It was VERY clean, comfortable beds, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to all we needed. Host was very attentive also. Highly recommend.

Great short stay property

Very convenient to Tampa airport and main roads, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, as stated before. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

Would definitely recommend this place to others, clean spacious for what I expected, and location is near everything. If you have a car the parking is perfect, and 1/2 an hour or less to many attractions, Clearwater, St Pete, Tampa DT, Busch Gardens, etc.

A 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette for the price of a regular hotel room. Not too far from the airport so it was very convenient. Would definitely use again

Clean Quiet Stay

Great little private "apartment" on the lower level of the residence. Close to attractions in the area. Very clean! Could not tell that the owners lived above us during the stay, except for one day when they were cooking something that smelled ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The smell filled the apartment and made us hungry haha. Would definitely stay there again if I am in the area!

Neice Wedding

I have good things 2 say about place. I cant emphasize how clean the place was. If i had a complaint i would be the shower. It was a really nice & very bi shower but the draining is horrible. You can not enjoy the shower due to the water holding in shower & its so bad its up around your ankles quickly. Im not sure how this could be resolved other than tearing up floor. A kid might like playing in the water but I absolutely hated it. This is really a nice place although its a part of a private residence. Oth than hearing ppl walking above your head which is expected if you residing under someone. I felt like the family tried to be respectful. We were constanly gone so when returning we were 2 tired to be bothered with the noise above our heads. We did think the family that resided in the home was very unfriendly. We are from Ga so we do have that southern hospitality thing going on but the ppl in passing didnt speak & we were close enough to reach out & touch them @ time. After we spoke several times & got lil or no reciprocation we just stop speaking. On our way out the 2 ladies were actually standing on the porch with cleaning items in hand as to tell us pls leave. I did text to say I was in the process of leaving & wanted 2 know did they require I do anything specific before leaving. I left about 30 mins prior to check out time so I actually felt uncomfortable while they just stood there fret away. I actually felt like they was making sure I wasnt steaing stuff.
