In-town, newly renovated classic

Fondly known as “Main Squeeze”, this tastefully updated 5 bedroom is just .2 miles from downtown. Air conditioning, chef’s kitchen, private yard and patio (and outdoor shower of course), and ample sleeping space, makes this the perfect vacation spot.

Private master with en suite bathroom on second floor.
Two additional bedrooms on second floor (one queen and two twins) that share a bathroom.

Third floor has two bedrooms (a queen and a twin in one, and a double in the other). These bedrooms share a bathroom.

Living room, separate office, dining room, large kitchen, and cozy den on the first floor. Private parking spot.

Our car is insight, and available for an additional fee through Turo. Pls inquire if interested.

This classic is a Serena & Lily photo shoot of a beautiful comfortable home! It's an easy walk to Main Street and all the wonderful shops and restaurants and only 13 minutes from the Ferry strolling with your rollerbag! Kitchen comes with all the necessary items to cook your own food, ample circular dining room table to chat the night away with your friends or retire to a very comfortable living room to comfy couch to watch a movie and rest easy in plush beds! Highly recommend this awesome home!

The Main Squeeze was truly incredible! The location allows for an easy stroll right into town where you have access to all the shops and restaurants and the area itself is quiet despite how closely located it is to the main street. The house itself is a Nancy Meyers dream with Serena Lily flair! The decor inside makes the house feel cozy and gives 5-star boutique hotel vibes at the same time. And the backyard is a dream, providing ample space to relax with privacy. We were so comfortable and felt truly at home during our Nantucket stay. Amanda is also extremely responsive and was supportive in navigating anything that came up throughout our stay. Check in and check out process was a breeze and the house was clean and ready to go with all the items necessary in stock.Thank you again for an incredible stay!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Not only gorgeous, spacious, and well-located, but Amanda has thought of every amenity! The yard is a huge bonus, being able to hang outside was lovely. We felt right at home.

30th Birthday on Nantucket

Highly recommend this house if you’re looking to stay on Nantucket for any amount of time. It is perfectly set up for a family. The yard is a huge bonus to enjoy the nice weather and we hope to stay here again soon. Also, it’s rare to find a short term rental with comfortable beds and all our guests loved their sleeping arrangements!

In Town Gem

We enjoyed our stay in Amanda’s home very much! The house is beautiful, clean, and bright. The yard is a plus with a cozy outdoor patio and outdoor shower. The house is stocked with everything you could need from towels to beach chairs to board games for a rainy day. The location is perfection super close walk into town and just a car/bike ride away from beaches!
