3 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain 1 1/2 blocs de la rue Main, un bloc du port.

Vous apprécierez cette maison de 1750, à seulement un pâté de maisons et demi des pavés de la rue Main inférieure. Très confortable pour une petite famille! La maison est bien équipée avec appareils électroménagers, laveuse / sécheuse, air climatisé central, grande télévision à écran plat, douche extérieure avec deux pommes de douche et une salle de ping-pong à l'arrière. Nous venons de terminer la rénovation! Il a une place de parking (même si nous pensons qu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'apporter une voiture) et nous avons également une jeep électrique en option. La maison est située entre le Handlebar Cafe (café avec d'excellents muffins à la cannelle) et la Nantucket Artist's Association. Tout ce que vous pourriez espérer; magasins, restaurants, épiceries, cafés sont à une très courte et belle promenade (1 minute).

Vivez à quelques pas de la ville et du port de Nantucket!: Nous venons d'installer un nouveau comptoir de cuisine avec évier de ferme et nouveau plancher cet automne. Remarque, les trois foyers ont fière allure avec des bougies en eux… Mais ne sont pas opérationnels pour les incendies. La plupart des planchers sont en pin antique.

Oh perfect location quick walk to the lemon press lots of nearby shops easy to carry back all the purchases quick and reload again ! Would highly recommend it if we went back tomorrow, we would say at the same place !

Awesome week at this cute antique home with lots of character. Location is incredible, just a block to Main St, the ferry, and tons of restaurants and shops. The host extremely nice and responsive to questions. Home is very clean with all the amenities you will need. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Wonderful stay in the center of Nantucket

We had family visiting from Australia and wanted to show them why we loved Nantucket - this property was the perfect base to do so.Well located and appointed cottage with plenty of space to relax. The property is well appointed for all you need during your stay.The hosts Sam and Kerstin had good communication and check in (and departure) was very straight forward. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Nantucket downtown location

Off Season Visit

My family stayed this past weekend and had a fantastic time. The home is so unique and in a great location in town. The restaurant/cafe suggestions were perfect and easy to get to being right in the heart of town. The Wave transportation bus station was right across the street making it easy to get all around the island for free!! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location and home

You truly cannot get a better location. It is right downtown and within walking distance to just about everything you need. We stayed with our family including two kids and had the easiest time getting to and from activities. One suggestion- if you are coming with little kid who are staying in the bunk bed room I would suggest reserving a baby gate for the back staircase as it is right outside of their room- definitely helped ease my mind about late night bathroom trips. Sam and Kerstin were also the best hosts- super communicative and sweet. Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Nantucket!

Nantucket Holiday weekend

Beautiful little historic home with all the modern conveniences. House was tastefully decorated, very clean, and close to everything. We slept great both nights and enjoyed our evenings by the cozy electric fireplaces watching TV. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Location is amazing

Great spot for a getaway weekend. Location is perfectly close to town. But just far enough away so it’s quiet. Nice little coffee shop steps away. No need for a car. 10 min walk from Steamship and 5 from Hy-line and stop n shop. Would absolutely stay here again.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This house has a wonderful location...not only right in town and a short walk to everything, but it's also right next door to other property we own, so it's easy to manage. We recommend coming without a car because most everything is within a short walk. When you want to travel to other parts of the island, we recommend the $2 clean buses that stop right across the street or the taxis which also form a waiting line a block away. My wife's favorite part of the morning is walking right next door to the coffee shop for cinnamon muffins and coffee. We think you'll like it!

...the charm of 1750 with modern conveniences...all within a block or two of town and the harbor. you can even walk from the hy-line ferry dock with your bags. Walk home after a wonderful dinner or drinks.
